“The wrong thing has been sent through. I have asked for a replacement but haven’t heard back yet. This has happened before with Jumpking but they were helpful in sorting out a replacement so I’m hopeful it will be resolved.”

“A BLOODY JOKE !!!! Jumpking claims to be a French brand, which is why I bought a trampoline. I need replacement accessories, so I've been put in touch with the UK! I placed my order and was told that I had to wait 10 days for them to receive the items in the UK (so probably sent from China) before they could send them to me. In the end, I had to wait 1 month between my order and delivery !!!! WHAT A SHAME !!!!”

“Great transaction, everybody was so helpful and couldn’t do or advise me enough. It’s hard to calculate with units size and children’s ages, they were great. Recommend to anybody.”

“Easy to find the spares needed and fitted the new rods with no issues. A number of years ago we also ordered a new net enclosure. Being able to order spares has lengthened the life of our trampoline. Currently 10 years old and still going strong!!”

“Trying to assemble this was a nightmare! Holes not lining up on the two black poles. Ending up having to use WD40 on the black poles and a piece of wood and mallet to bang the ends to get the poles slotted in enough for the holes to marry and only just, getting the bolts through was bad on 3 of the 4 poles. Once it was built it seems strong enough for my 11 year old but frame does sway a little. Only bought it as my son is Autistic and loves to swing and his conventional swing seat was too small for him now. He loves the new UFO swing though.”

“The trampoline is excellent BUT I did NOT receive the cover I purchased with it. I sent an email 8 days ago to advise them of this but have had no response. I wish I'd bought the cover from Amazon instead!”

“8 foot Yellow ZorbPod. Assembly a nightmare. Had to drill own holes in one of the uprights. Zip broken after a year and three months. Out of warranty. Requested zip replacement or support on zip specification to help with replacement unfortunately not very helpful. Disappointing. Note shipping charges are very steep. £13 to Northern Ireland so be aware”

“Very helpful when we needed more information. Item despatched to France arrived in reasonable time. Haven’t attached the skirt yet but looks the usual Jumpking quality. Best thing is you can get spares. Have had the trampoline since 2008 and still going safely thanks to the available replacement parts. Thank you.”
