I bought the 8ft x 11.5ft Oval JumpPod Trampoline. Whilst the company themselves were prompt in their customer service, the trampoline itself was a nightmare, honestly putting this up was the worst purchase experience I can remember having. Matters were complicated by the fact that the first trampoline bed we received was defective, missing two attachment points, but Jumpking were quick to send a replacement. Actually putting the trampoline together was ridiculous though, partly due to a terrible design which means that the tool you're given to stretch the springs to their anchors, actually blocks the springs from slotting into the reinforced sections of the frame (the hooks on the springs should be longer which would solve this problem). Mostly though the instructions were just wrong. There were a bunch of errors in the manual, but the biggest was that the order in which you're supposed to attach the different springs makes it physically impossible to actually do. Meanwhile the video on the website shows a different order of attaching, which also doesn't work, and the first time I spoke to Jumpking they suggested a third way, which again, didn't work. It was only on the second time I spoke to them that I got the approach that worked (simply, before attaching one of the troublesome gold springs, attach the nearest silver one next to it). Maybe if you've got a powerlifter putting this up for you it might go more smoothly, but given that at one point I had two builders trying to do it using the approach in the manual, and they declared it impossible as well, I don't think the brute strength needed by the suggested approaches is in any way reasonable! Jumpking should redesign the springs, fix all the errors and omissions in the manual, and give customers guidance that actually works. Unless that happens, my advice is avoid these trampolines.

We have been waiting for over a week for the delivery of our Trampoline. We have received some of the boxes but one is still missing preventing assembly. We are extremely disappointed in both the delivery and service we have received. We have seen a photo of the missing box in the back of a DX van but the box is quite badly damaged and obviously hasn't been taken care of.

A BLOODY JOKE !!!! Jumpking claims to be a French brand, which is why I bought a trampoline. I need replacement accessories, so I've been put in touch with the UK! I placed my order and was told that I had to wait 10 days for them to receive the items in the UK (so probably sent from China) before they could send them to me. In the end, I had to wait 1 month between my order and delivery !!!! WHAT A SHAME !!!!

The trampoline is excellent BUT I did NOT receive the cover I purchased with it. I sent an email 8 days ago to advise them of this but have had no response. I wish I'd bought the cover from Amazon instead!

8 foot Yellow ZorbPod. Assembly a nightmare. Had to drill own holes in one of the uprights. Zip broken after a year and three months. Out of warranty. Requested zip replacement or support on zip specification to help with replacement unfortunately not very helpful. Disappointing. Note shipping charges are very steep. £13 to Northern Ireland so be aware

The trampoline is very good and well used but don't expect to get replacement parts. Ordered a new net 4th April and I'm still waiting! I have paid, I was told there was a delay but 6+ months?! I now can't get a response to my emails, facebook message no response and phone always answer machine even if you phone in the very restricted time frame the message states it is open. Jumpking have my money but 6 months down the line I have nothing for it.

Still waiting for a reply for two item one return still don't know if you have received it and two still not received the new tapis.. tried calling no reply tried email no reply .so all not so good..👎

Ordered some new bits for my trampoline as it was getting a bit worn also ordered a cover this time to keep it clean in the winter etc. received two items no cover, emailed them they said it’s there check the packaging, yes I done that I’m not stupid no reply from them despite a lot of emails. Can’t ring them as their opening hours aren’t convenient for when I’m at work. Got onto Klarna hopefully they will sort it im not paying for an item I didn’t receive.

I am very upset, I followed their measurements instruction the net came out small, I ordered another one which is bigger it’s been almost 3 weeks they didn’t send it, won’t answer the phone, emailed them they told me you’ve order a different size it won’t fit in your trampoline, so why almost 3 weeks I’ve kept my money and may be ordered for someone else!!! Ooh sorry we will send your order soon as it’s been a week nothing they also told me if I want to return I will loose half of my money of the original price and sending charges it on me if I want them to pick it up it will cost £18…. Ovoid this seller if you don’t want headaches and stress

If you are able to give me more information on your trampoline I can assist with advising the replacement net that you may need. If your trampoline is not a JumpKing Trampoline we are unlikely going to have the correct netting for you. Please do send me a photo of your trampoline and I will do what I can to help. We ordered a replacement net and poles on the 4th May. Cannot speak to anyone in customer services just goes to voicemail and ask to email. Email response is very slow takes 3 days to get a reply. We have received the poles and still no net!. 2 weeks on and still not received. Not happy with service

Attention arnaque !!! J ai commandé trampoline + bâche et je n'ai reçu qu'un colis de 3kg avec la bâche, les 2 articles avaient le même numéro de suivi et sont noté comme livré, adresse fictive, numéro de téléphone fictif, jamais de réponse à mes mails heureusement j'ai payé via PayPal litige en cours pour récupérer mon argent mais toujours sans réponse du vendeur à ce jour !!

Ordered replacement parts. Wrong items arrived, answerphone always on, no reply to emails either. Now have a trampoline we can’t use and new spares that don’t fit it. Waste of time and money I’d be happy to edit my review if JumpKing actually get in touch and remedy the situation

Bad customer service if something goes wrong. I ordered trampoline accessory kit for our 8ft Jumpking trampoline and when we assembled the ladder we realised it was useless and way too it's too long. Got in touch with Jumpking and I keep getting ignored. Received one email saying literally: "We cannot collect as the fee for collection is £15.00" but no offer of a refund for a not-fit for purpose product. Terrible.

Appalling customer service! When things go wrong you should ask to be judged on how you handle the situation not the cause. Order placed, email regarding Tuffnells administration received then no response to emails or phone calls. Two very disappointed children waiting for a very special present. Pick up your phones!

Been trying to reach some one in customer service; the trampoline was delivered incomplete with only 3 of the 4 boxes being delivered. Have emailed and left voice messages no one has hot back. Delivery company requires sender to raise issues!
