“Right from the start of researching a new trampoline that was really robust and would withstand the hoard of offspring that use it, JumpKIng have been really good. I wanted to get one from somewhere I could speak to real people for advice, and with their office being in Ipswich this ticked a box. I had a good look through their website at what they sold and then when I needed clarification I rang them up. The lady at the other end really knew her stuff and gave some great advice after I said what I wanted it for (gymnasts to practice somersaults and tumbles). I went away to look at those advised, and then when I rang back and queried one of them on the web page (pics had one with 4 legs one with 5, and i wanted to clarify which it was describing), when they couldnt answer they went and rang someone else who did know, and then said they'd update the website. I ordered this trampoline. So far super impressed. It was delivered by dx deliveries, and the order form said it would come the next day, as did the delviery email, however it did get caught up at Heathrow (warehouse is there I think) for a couple of days, and with a weekend in the middle I didnt think it would come that weekend. However it arrived on the monday... all 262kg of it on a pallet, delvered as close to my front door as it was possible to get (Biiiiiiig pallet). We had to wait for the rain to stop and to clear the garden of the previous one which had broken (cheap amazon purchase, no longer available). Yesterday was the day. Instructions clear, easy to put together. (last weekend the grown ups that built it started at 6pm, do not do this it takes a couple of hours to build and construct even when it all goes smoothly and you can see what you are doing. Using a headtorch in the dark is not advisable and mistakes will be made!!). Make sure you do follow the instructions, when it says put a to b to c to d to e to fe to g, dont think that a-b-g-e-a-b will work. It wont. The trampoline is built like a brick outhouse. Its a really really sturdy beast, and everything just went together as it should (Please build it in daylight it helps if you can see what you are doing). Our trampoline was bought in the bank holiday sale so was about 50% of the cost it should have been , but my goodness you can see the quality and the actual cost of it. It is guaranteed for between 2-10 years depending on the part. We bought a rectagular one this time, same width as our previous one, but the rectangle shape being longer has given almost double the bouncing area. we bought a 12ft x 17ft Rectangular Deluxe JumpKing Trampoline V3 and it is awesome. It has a 120kg rating which is less than teh cheap one but now it makes the only one person at a time rule very enforceable and they are sticking to it. I am so far very impressed with JumpKIng and even if you decide to have a different trampoline, they really know their stuff. They answer the phone, they answer online queries. Also DX answer the phone too for delivery queries. I absolutely would use them again if I need another trampoline (hope not, the frame is guaranteed for 10 years) but they do spares too , always useful. Theyve very much earned their 5 stars from us.”

“Fantastic in every sense. Delivery quick and great delivery driver. Easy to install and our teens love it. Middle legs only touch the ground once it’s tensioned with the mat and springs. instructions good but could be improved by showing spring hole positions during frame assembly section. Thank you hopefully this one will last as long as our first one.”

“I ordered some new caps for the tops of the poles and both times accidentally made the wrong size order. The customer services team tried to call me but couldn’t get through, they then checked my original trampoline order and switched the caps to the right size before issuing. Fantastic customer service, proactive and really helpful.”

“I emailed because the ropes snapped on my UFO swing . I got a really fast reply and staff checked to see if it was still in warranty. It wasn't so they sent me the link to order new ones . They came in just a few days . Great service .”

“Arrived early.well packaged and surprisingly very detailed and easily followed instructions. It says 2 people and to be fair on the health and safety,it would be preferable,but if you have a bit of DIY,you can do it on your own.”

“Excellent product, excellent service. Really quick delivery. Great quality trampoline and fantastic value as we bought during a sale. There was a part missing and I was very impressed with the speed with which the customer service team replied to the email and sent the part - which was pretty much the next day. Our only complaint is that the instructions were awful and we had to rope in other family members to help put it up and they thought the instructions were very unclear and confusing too, but we got there in the end!”

“Dispatch and delivery were excellent unfortunately the instructions and there accuracy to the parts provided were very poor. Diagrams depict parts backwards and mention of coloured tabs on the jump surface are in fact black tabs the same as all the rest. 6th Jumpking I’ve built over the years and it’s the worst yet for instructions.”

“The trampoline is amazing and it was delivered 2 days after ordering which was great, although we were given a 12 hour window for delivery and someone had to be present to receive it. There is tracking but it doesn’t help as you have no idea of the route the van is taking. We put the trampoline up ourself, the 2 hour time guide turned into 5 hours! The instructions miss crucial details, like which way up the metal goes (you always need a little spring hole close to each side of the join)and which way round the inserts for the net poles go (the poles go on the inside of the frame). If you go in with the attitude of ‘it will take ages and you will have to take it apart several times before you finish’ you will be fine. Saying that the trampoline is excellent and would recommend to any family with active kids.”

“I bought the 8ft x 11.5ft Oval JumpPod Trampoline. Whilst the company themselves were prompt in their customer service, the trampoline itself was a nightmare, honestly putting this up was the worst purchase experience I can remember having. Matters were complicated by the fact that the first trampoline bed we received was defective, missing two attachment points, but Jumpking were quick to send a replacement. Actually putting the trampoline together was ridiculous though, partly due to a terrible design which means that the tool you're given to stretch the springs to their anchors, actually blocks the springs from slotting into the reinforced sections of the frame (the hooks on the springs should be longer which would solve this problem). Mostly though the instructions were just wrong. There were a bunch of errors in the manual, but the biggest was that the order in which you're supposed to attach the different springs makes it physically impossible to actually do. Meanwhile the video on the website shows a different order of attaching, which also doesn't work, and the first time I spoke to Jumpking they suggested a third way, which again, didn't work. It was only on the second time I spoke to them that I got the approach that worked (simply, before attaching one of the troublesome gold springs, attach the nearest silver one next to it). Maybe if you've got a powerlifter putting this up for you it might go more smoothly, but given that at one point I had two builders trying to do it using the approach in the manual, and they declared it impossible as well, I don't think the brute strength needed by the suggested approaches is in any way reasonable! Jumpking should redesign the springs, fix all the errors and omissions in the manual, and give customers guidance that actually works. Unless that happens, my advice is avoid these trampolines.”
