“Poor quality. The trampoline bed arrived with a rip in and one of the v rings broke upon first use of the trampoline. This was the 8ft x 12ft combo pro version. Despite multiple attempts and emails to contact them they have not replied. Stay away.”

“Very happy with our new 12ft x 17ft trampoline. Initially one of the boxes delivered was for the wrong trampoline, but customer services sorted it and had the correct one arrive the next day. It took two of us about 4 hours to build, but it was simple enough. Great price for the size of it! Kids absolutely love it! :)”

“We ordered a trampoline for our grandchildren and we are delighted with the product. It was delivered in good time and easy to assemble with good instructions. We were missing one of the safety net connectors ( or maybe we mislaid it) but once we contacted Jumpking they sent us a replacement promptly. Excellent service. Safe and functional trampoline and great value for money.”

“Faulty net with hole appearing after only a few days of normal use.. no reply from the company despite phone calls and emails.. not what I'd expected for the price I went with this company as they claimed their trampolines are durable but I am yet to see this.”

“Trampoline is great once up, however getting it up is a challenge. I attempted myself with a friend but we quickly had to call in professionals! Assembly took roughly 3 hours with two people. First problem was there are three parts to build one leg and none of the screw holes lined up to secure them together, so we had to just make sure it was all hammered in tight enough to not come apart. It’s seems sturdy enough! Also the elastics that secure the spring cover to the frame using the springs to tie it to snap off when bouncing, we have lost four already. Apart from that the rest seems fine, time will tell.”

“All I can review on at the moment is the customer service I received. I bought a trampoline as a surprise present for my granddaughter. Her birthday isn't until next week so we have not unpacked it yet. Buying the trampoline was way and hassle free with such a quick delivery. Communication with them was brilliant. Thank you.”
