“Whilst we are very happy with our 12ft JumpKing JumpPod trampoline we found the instructions very difficult to follow, one of the eyelets was missing and it took 4 of us to put it up.”

“Delivery was fast, trampoline frame is huge compared to our old one, really thick metal and good quality material all round, the kids love it! Box was slightly damaged on arrival but everything was packaged well and protected. Very impressed so far! As for customer service I’m not sure as I haven’t needed to return anything or get spares yet.”

“Were very efficient. Follow up call for help happened next day, not very helpful. Trampoline VERY difficult to construct. Upright poles impossible to fit. Ended up having to take them apart and hammer them into the holes. To have it constructed was really expensive and not an option. Company good. Product very difficult!”

“It is one of the best trampolines I have ever seen; it is of excellent quality. It is also great for the safety of little ones. Their customer support is fantastic—thanks to Harriet for all the communication. The parcel came by FedEx, and the boxes had no issues.”
