We tried to assemble this product for Christmas day and it was so difficult we had to give up. Such a shame.

Order a spare leg piece for trampoline which turned out to be the wrong size. Disappointed that JumpKing offer no exchange service or any support with returns compared to other retailers.

All started well enough, my enquiry regarding the size of clamps being answered with a very detailed and helpful email containing requested dimensions. Opted for the large clamps and waited, hoping that my delivery would arrive in time for Saturday. I should add the estimate indicated it would. I believe it was late Thursday that the delivery tracking still showed not dispatched. I called to check the order, eventually getting through. I was advised along the lines of “yeah it hasn’t been processed yet because of a warehouse photoshoot”. Fair enough, the lady then advised she would message them to make sure it went out Friday. Now here is the weird bit, she said to me “one set of large clamps” to which I clarified very clearly that my order was in fact for two sets of clamps. With that agreed I thanked the lady and it was left there. Fast forward to Saturday, surprise surprise one set of clamps arrived. I wondered if there was a link to only the one set arriving and the lady on the phone….I will never know. Bit miffed, I then had to wait until Monday to call in. Spoke to somebody different who despite not being very apologetic did agree and deliver on getting some more sent out straight away. To rub salt into the wound the second set that arrived were , despite being the same size, were slightly different, better quality clamps. In fact, I wish I had received two sets like this. So in summary, not a terrible experience but I wouldn’t say it was good either. It would certainly make me think twice before ordering from Jumpking again.

Ordering straightforward. Items instructions on both the trampoline (ordered through John Lewis) and tie down kit are very poor.

Not great so far. Ordered a trampoline cover almost a month ago. I had to ask for the tracking information as it wasn't sent out. When I did receive it, the info stated delivery Tuesday 5th October. Still hasn't arrived.

Only one issue with this item is not waterproof so no big difference with it fair enough keep bard's poop of.

I've always been very satisfied with Jumpking trampolines - I never look anywhere else. Overall, it's a good trampoline but two sections of the net poles shouldn't have passed quality control. A width pole and corner section didn't fit so we have a corner that basically hangs. I have provided pictures. It's absurd that it's recommended that you check all the items before accepting the delivery - what delivery worker will patiently wait for you to approve the delivery?

Impossible to get anyone to call me back to answer a question about what I needed, so in the end I have ordered and I hope that it works

The instructions are terrible. One section didn't even correspond with the components we had. Also, one of the pieces is missing a slot for a spring and the red plastic cover piece on the ladder is split and broken. Disappointed as it cost a lot and would have expected a lot better. The trampoline itself seems pretty good but overall cannot recommend.

A little concerned that a tramp mat Ive paid £80+ for comes delivered as a budget item according to the label on the outside...plus only 4 rows of stitching not 6 as Ive seen on other sites now offering for a similar price. The mat also states it should be used with 6.5 inch springs for a 10ft trampoline (measured to the edge of the frame as advised) which I purchased (elsewhere)...they do not fit but 7" ones do...so not a great experience really

Ordered an expensive canopy for our new trampoline. However, it was not as advertised, completely different colourway to the online illustration. I have been trying in vain to get a response from Jumpking with regards to arranging a return, but they don't reply to my emails. A lot of money down the drain.

The quality of the swing was quite good. I had some issues with the alignment that of the holes for the bolts. One of the holes was out by an inch. I had to drill new holes. Got the whole assembly together and it looks great.

Customer service not good. Sent 2 messages before delivery. No reply from you. Sent a message after delivery asking about a tie down kit, again no reply. The trampoline is okay.

Received an email from Jumpking re extra postage coats (which was expected) and paid the additional amount. When I replied direct to the customer representative re payment I also asked a question about a product we required. I never got a response. Considering the email went directly to a JumpKing employee I was already engaged in conversation with (via email), and not to a generic email address, I'd have expected some form of reply. I got nothing. When our replacement trampoline net arrived I opened the package only to find the net was full of leaves, mostly intertwined into the net itself so it's as if it had already been used then repacked. No offer for a discount, no apology. I paid full price for a used item full of leaves. Avoid.
