Ordered a new pad for the trampoline. After a few days it hadn’t arrived ( not jumpkings fault at all it got stuck at the delivery drop).
Phoned customer service and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Sent out a replacement immediately and it arrived within 48 hours. Item exactly as advertised and easy to install. Would use them again for any replacement parts of my trampoline
