Past experience has been wonderful , this experience is terrible. No one replies back to emails or messages left on phone. Now I am stuck with a fault canopy and it is getting close to 14 days

Took some time to receive an answer after making several phone calls and 2 emails, but we were in lockdown, now it’s here the kids are very happy!

We ordered an oval trampoline which was preorder. The website was clear on when to expect the trampoline, mid June. We were kept up to date on the delivery and when emailed we received a full comprehensive reply. The trampoline arrived a little later than expected but this was understandable in the current climate. The trampoline arrived with all its parts packaged well. Our children are made up with the trampoline. It's sturdy and well made. Even the adults have had fun too.

Received an email from Jumpking re extra postage coats (which was expected) and paid the additional amount. When I replied direct to the customer representative re payment I also asked a question about a product we required. I never got a response. Considering the email went directly to a JumpKing employee I was already engaged in conversation with (via email), and not to a generic email address, I'd have expected some form of reply. I got nothing. When our replacement trampoline net arrived I opened the package only to find the net was full of leaves, mostly intertwined into the net itself so it's as if it had already been used then repacked. No offer for a discount, no apology. I paid full price for a used item full of leaves. Avoid.

We ordered our trampoline on pre-order and it arrived close to when we expected it but it would’ve been nice to have had a bit more communication from Jumpking.

Took a while to get our trampoline once ordered but good delivery service and website was straightforwards. Would have liked an additional option for someone to come and assemble for us!

A long wait for the trampoline but that’s due to the current situation. The instructions were not very clear and took a few false starts before we did it right. Happy with the end result.

Spent nearly £100 on a trampoline net. Arrived clearly used, full of leaves intertwined within the net. No discount offered. Received an email re postage from a Jump King employee prior to item being shipped. Responded and also asked a question regarding another product on their site. Email was completely ignored. If you can purchase items from elsewhere, I strongly recommend doing so.

I recently bought a UFO Swing which at the time of purchase was out of stock but thought I'dd risk it. I got a reply from Jumpking straight away so that was good. The swing arrived before I thought it would which was great as it arrived on my granddaughters birthday.
