“Easy to order arrived quickly, but the net I ordered did not fit the trampoline I have, trying to get hold of them to get it returned and refunded almost impossible”

“I PURCHASED A REPLCEMENT NET JUST BEFORE LOCKDOWN WHEN IT CAME IT IS TO SHORT FOR OUR TRAMPOLINE SEVERAL MESSAGES SENT TO ASK IF I CAN RETURN IT AND NO RESPONCE VERY DISSAPONINTED”

“Very happy with the 9 x 13ft trampoline, sturdy and great bounce! Easy enough to put together and had all parts in the 3 boxes. Obvs had to wait quite a while for delivery because of Covid-19 but was made aware of this before buying. Think Jumpking did the best they could in difficult circumstances.”

“Probably the best trampoline we've had and definitely the strongest. No corners cut with these, theyre solid and made from quality materials. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. We ditched the instructions after a couple of minutes and just used common sense to put it up, so thats the only minor gripe. Would definitely recommend”

“Took 6 weeks from ordering but once it was in the country, dispatch was very quick. Would have appreciated an update emails in between ordering and delivery to reassure me that my money was safe. Excellent 14ft x17ft trampoline though. Really worth the money.....and the wait! Easy to construct.....with 3 of us! Kids very happy.”
