“Our trampoline, advertised next day delivery took 10 days, including Easter some of the boxes were lost by the courier. On the 3rd call with customer services I struck lucky and got a lady called Harriet, who on my request, despatched a new trampoline on next day delivery with an alternative courier. Thanks so much Harriet!”

“Disappointed as the zip on the net broke on the 2nd day. JumpKing have agreed to send a replacement but I am worried that the zip is not a very good design as is a curve and having to operate under a lot of tension. Fingers crossed the replacement net will last more than a day. Other than that it’s a good quality trampoline and looks really smart.”

“Great service around the purchase. The product that arrived was as expected. The only downside in the process was that I paid extra to move a Tuesday delivery forward to Saturday and the trampoline still arrived on Tuesday. Aside from that, we are happy customers and having lots of fun on the trampoline.”

“Seemed straightforward to assemble however one of the poles were out of place around the edge which meant it wouldn’t slip into the joining pole. This took quite awhile to correct as the metal doesn’t bend easily. Apart from that it was ok. I seem to have 4 extendable bolts in the seat packaging which don’t seem to go anywhere...?”
