“Delivery fast. After care and product quality poor. Following delivery, I have raised an email to discuss broken plastic on the ladder, missing V rings on the mat to hold the springs and a dodgy zip - not what you expect from a product retailing at over £1000 No reply”

“Fast delivery. Good quality trampoline. Took ages to build. Needed 2 people. Had to take apart 3 times as I made so many mistakes. Instructions are poor.”

“Having bought a jumpking trampoline from another supplier the pad has deteriorated over time. This replacement fitted perfectly is (I think) better quality than the original and has given the trampoline a new lease of life. Website was not that easy to navigate to find this, but customer services helpful and well worth the effort.”

“Ordering and delivery of the trampoline was seamless and efficient. Instructions for assembling it lacked clarity. It took double the amount of time estimated for two adults to put it together but now it’s up the kids are loving it.”

“My boys love their trampoline and gives them hours of fun. However getting spare parts (a new net enclosure) is proving to be impossible making the trampoline very unsafe to use. Two months and we are still waiting because they are apparently out of stock, but I do note, available when you purchase a new trampoline. To be fair email communication has been good, but your phone line is never answered, even when I called during the stated opening times it still had a message telling me the opening times but I couldn't talk to anyone.”

“Ordered some new bits for my trampoline as it was getting a bit worn also ordered a cover this time to keep it clean in the winter etc. received two items no cover, emailed them they said it’s there check the packaging, yes I done that I’m not stupid no reply from them despite a lot of emails. Can’t ring them as their opening hours aren’t convenient for when I’m at work. Got onto Klarna hopefully they will sort it im not paying for an item I didn’t receive.”

“We ordered from Jumpking the rectangular trampoline 8ft - 12ft. Although not cheap I truly believe you get what you pay for. Delivery was superb no problems and the quality is second to none. My daughter loves her new trampoline.”
