“I ordered a new net for my trampoline. Jumpking noticed that I had ordered a different one than last time and took time to contact me to enquire whether it was the correct one for my trampoline. It was the wrong one so they helped me to get the correct one. The product arrived in good time, was well packaged and the quality was excellent. Thank you Jumpking.”

“Great trampoline ended up buying a 11.5 x16 and it’s fantastic the kids play tag and jumping and lots of chaos ! Great quality and definitely worth the money so far only two issues is you don’t get a delivery option so they let you know the day before they are coming but never a time ! Also the instructions are very basic and myself and husband are very handy but it took all our problem solving skills to get it sorted”

“Incredible service - called for some advice and were very helpful. Delivery was rapid and great. Made the trampoline up myself and the instructions were very straight forward. Product is great quality and Kids are very happy!”

“Easy to use website, good range of products, high quality product too. No issue with them. I did have issues with Tuffnells the delivery company - very poor communication from them, limited and delayed tracking of item. I received an email AFTER it had been delivered saying they were delivering that day. Thankfully there was someone at home to receive it. I would suggest they find I different courier.”
