“We ordered spare parts to Sweden (from the French website) since the Swedish company is currently not doing business. It worked like a charm and we got the parts in roughly a week which is totaly acceptable. I will gladly order from here again.”

“Great product and customer service, we have had a Jump King Trampoline for several years and purchased spare to keep it in repair. We have however, just had to wait some 8 months for parts which has been very frustrating. Product is very good quality.”

“Had to wait a while but Jumpking were great at letting me know when my replacement net and rods had arrived. Once I placed the order the delivery was made in July at a few days. Now i'm just waiting for a rain free day to put it up.”

“Bought a 14 by 10 trampoline for my daughter for Christmas. There was a problem with delivery the driver left it somewhere else and didn't tell me. Customer service was excellent I was stressed to the max as it was only a few days before Christmas. They managed to track down the trampoline for me but they were also willing to send out a replacement if it couldn't be found. Excellent company excellent trampoline”

“We ordered a small trampoline 4 years ago from Jumpking which had a lot of use. Kids are older now and after four years of use it was time to retire the old trampoline and order a new bigger one. We were very happy with the previous purchase, the trampoline was sturdy and lasted well. Have high hopes for the new one which will be going up in the spring.”

“The trampoline is very good and well used but don't expect to get replacement parts. Ordered a new net 4th April and I'm still waiting! I have paid, I was told there was a delay but 6+ months?! I now can't get a response to my emails, facebook message no response and phone always answer machine even if you phone in the very restricted time frame the message states it is open. Jumpking have my money but 6 months down the line I have nothing for it.”
