“I am very upset, I followed their measurements instruction the net came out small, I ordered another one which is bigger it’s been almost 3 weeks they didn’t send it, won’t answer the phone, emailed them they told me you’ve order a different size it won’t fit in your trampoline, so why almost 3 weeks I’ve kept my money and may be ordered for someone else!!! Ooh sorry we will send your order soon as it’s been a week nothing they also told me if I want to return I will loose half of my money of the original price and sending charges it on me if I want them to pick it up it will cost £18…. Ovoid this seller if you don’t want headaches and stress”

Good afternoon, I am sorry we have been unable to resolve and figure out what model of trampoline you have. If you are able to give me more information on your trampoline I can assist with advising the replacement net that you may need. If your trampoline is not a JumpKing Trampoline we are unlikely going to have the correct netting for you. Please do send me a photo of your trampoline and I will do what I can to help. As the other order was incorrectly ordered you will need to return this to us or we can collect for a fee. I have refunded you for this order as per our email. Thank you.

“Trampoline arrived in good time but a bar on one side of the trampoline has buckled in within a week of erecting it, sent an email about it but no response. Didn’t want to write this as a review but I’m not getting a response from a kind email.”

“Buying it was easy, had a phone call to arrange delivery date and all arrived on time. The trampolines instructions were so hard to understand it took 4 of us 6-8 hours to build. Once built it is an amazing Trampoline , great quality and the kids love it. Would definitely buy from Jump king again!”

“I had been looking for a more sturdy trampoline for my autistic daughter. Every one I have bought in the past seemed so flimsy. As my daughter is a teenager I needed something more sturdy. This is by far the best trampoline I have bought! Doesn’t move at all when she is jumping. We are so pleased with our purchase.”

“We ordered a replacement net and poles on the 4th May. Cannot speak to anyone in customer services just goes to voicemail and ask to email. Email response is very slow takes 3 days to get a reply. We have received the poles and still no net!. 2 weeks on and still not received. Not happy with service”

“Disappointed. It would have been nice if Jumpking had responded to the contact email that I sent to them via their website - although there are lots of comments online to say that they are not good at responding - and then they send me a request for a review ! Having purchased a cheaper trampoline surround that was not fit for purpose, and which started to fall apart within the first hour of use, I opted to go for a direct replacement of our previous Jumpking surround, which has lasted a good many years. Unfortunately, what I assumed would be a direct replacement is in fact a vastly inferior product. There were previously 16 webbing straps on the outer edge, whereas now there are only 8. There were 16 pairs of long elastic cords on the inner edge, whereas now there are only 8 short pairs. The under lining of the surround was a nice quality, stitched material, whereas now it is a cheap plasticky material, with gaps where it overlaps. The 8 foam pads were single pieces, whereas now they are what appear to be offcuts, which overlap rather than sitting nice and flat. I suppose if there is still no response to this, the next step will be to see if there is any kind of response from social media.”

“Ordered a new pad for the trampoline. After a few days it hadn’t arrived ( not jumpkings fault at all it got stuck at the delivery drop). Phoned customer service and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Sent out a replacement immediately and it arrived within 48 hours. Item exactly as advertised and easy to install. Would use them again for any replacement parts of my trampoline”
