“Needed a replacement net for an old 4 post 10ft trampoline. Jumpking have a great range of replacement parts for all variations of trampoline. Great price. Easy to order, delivered quickly. Will definitely use again, highly recommend.”

“Ordered a new pad for the trampoline. After a few days it hadn’t arrived ( not jumpkings fault at all it got stuck at the delivery drop). Phoned customer service and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Sent out a replacement immediately and it arrived within 48 hours. Item exactly as advertised and easy to install. Would use them again for any replacement parts of my trampoline”

“Great product , reasonably priced for quality of product. Looks great ,not had chance to use yet . If I had any complaint , it would be the instructions, we are in 21ST century . If possible video /you tube instructions, step by step guide would be really appreciated. I couldn’t find any (scan bar code )?? I am useless with flat back ,I feel step by step video would be helpful. Like I have stated excellent material,great product . 👍👍👍👍👍”

“No problem at all with the equipment itself. But the delivery service (TNT) was very poor. Waited all day for the delivery which did not arrive. It finally came the following day, with them trying to say we tried to change the delivery address,we had no reason to change it.”

“Ordered a safety enclosure for 12 foot Jumpking trampoline. We have had the trampoline for 20 years and delighted that we can still get spares for it. It is a very strong trampoline. We have managed to replace worn out netting, and pad. We haven't needed to replace the bed yet, it is still in good condition as we store it away during the winter. Jumpking service and delivery is very good. The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is because I emailed to make an enquiry but didn't receive a reply.”

“Great products and fantastic customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong replacement net online and was called 30 minutes later to say they would ensure I was sent the correct one. Saved me a lot of hassle and additional expense!”
