“Extremely helpful customer service, pulled out all the stops for me when I was trying to source spares for trampoline purchased pre lockdown. Nothing was too much trouble tracking down original order and sending me correct spares after grandchildren’s trampoline that had been accidentally damaged. Ordered spares and arrived very promptly, we were kept informed about delivery times etc. Would definitely recommend this company 😃”

“Having received the trampoline canopy and tried to put it together which has failed. This has been due to the connectors not being the right ones. I have emailed customer services twice, had no reply at all to try and put this right. The canopy therefore is useless and totally out of pocket. In short, my feedback for other potential buyers is to stay clear and go elsewhere and save your money!”

“Amazing to find the spare parts we needed as our trampoline is 9 years old! Service fantastic and to get a call to double check sizing was really appreciated and showed great attention to details!”

“First things first. This is a great product once built. My daughter loves it, and I so happy with it.... but, i'm a mechanical engineer and I thought building it was unnecessarily challenging! the instructions are awful, joints are way tighter than they need to be, and the less said about the ground straps the better... and I still have one net pole higher than the others as it won't go any further into the painted hole. Its like it fitted perfectly and then they painted it and now nothing fits well.”

“Great service from the team. I needed parts to upgrade my trampoline and they were very easy to find and order. They even phoned me after I placed the order to advise that, after checking what trampoline I had, a different product would be more appropriate. Great service - would recommend.”
