“We’ve had our jumping trampoline 12 years and honestly it’s the best thing we ever bought. The 3 children bounce every day from February to November, getting great exercise without even knowing it.”

“ordered on tuesday morning arrived thursday midday. took me and my son 2 1/2 hours to assemble and that’s with making a few mistakes. could not fault the service at all. especially at a time like this 👍🏾💯. would highly recommend jumpking to anyone. my family has not come off it since it arrived and it is now 8pm. happy day to come. stay safe all”

“Not a great experience so far! Delivery was really quick but unfortunately the wrong boxes were delivered so there were parts missing. 4 days later and still haven’t had a response or any guarantee that the missing parts will be delivered. Not a great service, probably wouldn’t recommend or use again.”

“Excellent service I ordered the rectangular 10x14ft trampoline on Sunday and received without any problems on Wednesday. The instructions were clear and we managed to put up the trampoline in a few hours”

“We never received our mat or springs with our trampoline we got yesterday I have emailed you and sent a message and no one has replied..we don’t know if there is supposed to be another box coming or know if we have to buy the mat what you jump on separate.”

“Have ordered a replacement trampoline matt and received the incorrect product, I have emailed 3 times had no response, i did make contact via the chat button but they want to email me back. I don't have much hope in that. Don;t take poeple's money, deliver incorrect products and remain uncontactable.”

“I purchased a 10ft trampoline from Jump King during the lock down period. The purchase was fine, had no issues with website and payment. I was given delivery instructions by Jump king and TNT but despite the instructions the product arrived a day late. Whilst assembling the trampoline part of the frame had no holes punched in so that the springs for the bed couldn’t fix to the frame. My daughter was/is devastated that she can’t play on her birthday present, in what is already an upsetting time for her. I’ve tried to contact Jump king via 2 emails, chat service on the website and by twitter with no reply. I appreciate this is a difficult time for everyone but we have spent a lot of money with the company and expect the product to be correct. Hopefully this isn’t a true reflection of the company in normal circumstances.”

“We ordered a 10ft jumpPOD classic on 22/04/30 and this was delivered on 03/04/20. When we tried to assemble it on 04/04/20 it appeared they had mixed up the parts so we could not complete the assembly of the trampoline. I have tried phoning them but always get put through to an automated recording. I have emailed them 4 times to try and resolve the problem but have not received any reply. I realise things are difficult in this coronavirus environment but the fact that they have not bothered to reply to any of my emails is very disappointing and we are now left with a completely useless half constructed trampoline.”

“We absolutely love the new oval jumpod, excellent quality. It took 2 of us about 8 hours to build including a lunch break 🙈😂but well worth it. Lost 1 star as communication was terrible. I had no email to confirm dispatch and no tracking so we had no idea when it was to arrive. I sent 3 emails as there is no contact via the phone at the moment and had no reply to any. I can understand that they are possibly overwhelmed with the current climate and hopefully this is the norm. Main thing is it arrived and we are super happy with the trampoline.”
