“Ordered 3/4/2020. My error, ordered wrong size but despite published returns policy they've refused to help me. Appreciate the odd times but I've tried to contact on 4 separate occasions and no response. Shame. Will buy a replacement elsewhere.”

“Jumpking company very efficient and quality of 14ft zorb is great, but it took 3 people about 8 hours + in total to erect it. Curves of sides made it very difficult to clip net on top (you need to be at least 5ft 10 inch to reach) and then further 2 to lift last 2 side pieces into place. This, having to ignore instructions and take section 1 out of structure to reach top for net. All in all very happy with quality but wouldn't buy curved sides again”

“We ordered our 8ft Jump King Deluxe shortly after the UK had gone into Coronavirus lockdown. It seemed to be the last available as it immediately went Sold Out on the website. I haven't had any actual comms from Jump King because I know they are all working from home, but what I did get was a TNT delivery estimate and indeed the trampoline turning up, on the promised date, resulting in one ecstatic five year old. All the rest can wait until later, very happy with the service and the product quality in what are very difficult circumstances.”

“You cannot get a hold of anyone I emailed 4 times and no response over a week so had to invoke PayPal before I got a very nice email apologising assuring me that they would dispatch the trampoline that day and sent me a tracking number I cannot track that number just keeps saying invalid so 5 further days I have emailed twice to inform them and no response again”

“I received the net however the cover sleeves were missing from the order. I emailed on 9th April, however I am yet to receive any response resulting in me having to e-mail a second time on 18th which i feel is unacceptable. It is now 5th May and I am still yet to receive a response about your error with my order.”

“Recently bought the 14ft trampoline easy to put up and study. Kids love it it came with free tent not used that yet but kids will love the new den. Highly recommend 👍”
