“After storm damage to our JumpKing I was breading trying to get the bits I needed, just the individual bits, i thought I would have to buy the whole system. However I hit the website and my goodness what a pleasurable experience, everything was there down to component level, clearly described and priced very well. I ordered up the parts I required and waited my delivery, expectations well managed due to the lockdown. Then I got an email informing me when to expect delivery, and then real time delivery updates from their courier, Yodel. Absolutely first class, cant praise the process or the people highly enough! Superb!”

“Quick turnaround on the trampoline and ladder parts of order considering the Covid lockdown but still missing trampoline cover and tie down. Cannot get through to customer services and they are not replying by email (as recommended by them) or following left voicemail. It’s been nearly 2 weeks from original order and still waiting on reply on missing items and when I should expect their arrival. Otherwise very happy with trampoline, tent and ladder!”
