“I ordered replacement springs for a trampoline. They came quickly by Yodel. I am very pleased with the service although I did email an enquiry and did not get a response. I repeat I am very pleased with my purchase and the speed of receipt. Highly recommended. However, there were only 25 springs not 28!”

“The ladder arrived swiftly, as did the trampoline cover. I haven’t used the cover yet but the ladder was as described. Easy to purchase and fast to receive especially considering the reduction in admin and warehouse staff due to COVID-19”

“We bought an inground trampoline for our disabled son to use with his brothers. We love it!!!! Delivery was quick and easy. Easy enough to put together and sits great in the ground. Would definitely recommend. Would like to add, this was ordered during the corona shut down and it’s still only took 5 days for delivery.”

“Absolutely terrible! I Ordered an 8 foot trampoline net but they sent me a far smaller size. The tracking number for the package received did not match the tracking number initially given to me via email hence why I received the wrong size. I have tried contacting them over the past week but to no avail I have tried calling them, I have sent a few emails and also used the chat option on their website but have had no luck.”

“We have received our order number above. Unfortunately it's not what I ordered. The order was for a bed with 42 eyelets for springs. You have sent one with 48 which is incorrect. Sent an email 3 days ago. Yet to receive a reply.”

“Very happy with our trampoline. It is well made. Took a while to put together (2 people needed at times), followed the instructions carefully and they were pretty straightforward. So worth it as the kids love it”

“Really good product that my sons are enjoying using and looks good too. However, assembly frustrating. Did not come with spare screws so when 3 became cross haired had to order additional separately and at a cost of £12.99. Most products tend to come with spares!”

“Best trampoline you can buy! Fantastic quality, excellent build really sturdy lasts for years. Building is always an enjoyable challenge 😉, but all parts fit, instructions make sense, kids delighted with result. Will only ever buy Jumpking.. Very pleased”
