Hi. Received trampoline pad with a rip and called Jumpking straight away as soon as I opened it and left a VM. Followed up with 2 emails inc a photo of the damage and did not get a response, called again and left another VM. Never had my calls returned, and to the best of my knowledge also received no email response. Fatigue hit me, so I patched it up with duck tape as neatly as possible and we’ll make do with it. Shame, the trampoline is very good quality and gives hours of fun to our 2 children, it’s just the quality of customer service has not been at the same level in this instance. Perhaps it’s a temporary situation because of The C19 situation.

Jumpking was the only company having anything in stock due to covid-19 , delivered a few days after ordering.

Great Trampoline which has weathered the......weather and my kids over the last 8 years Just replaced the safety net which and everything is back in order. Thanks!

Ordered replacement net which arrived promptly but was incorrect item. I have tried repeatedly calling, emailing, webchat, website contact form all with no response - I've resorted to opening a PayPal case to try and retrieve my money - steer clear!

Trampoline is good arrived over a week ago now. Parts for the enclosure netting are missing. Shame about the non existing customer service. I have left messages and emailed several times and not had a response. I am still ringing over 10 times a day but all you get is an answer phone and no reply or recall when you leave a message.

Really helpful customer service, I wasn't sure which replacement bed I needed for my trampoline. They took the time to investigate for me. Really appreciated, especially when they must be incredibly busy.

Very efficient. Ordered bottom pole and rod set for Tesco combo trampoline, both items fitted perfectly. Priced at £38.00 Inc.. delivery not cheap but cheaper than replacing a trampoline at £160.00 plus.

Terrible customer service, I’m waiting for delivery of an item and haven’t received any update or communication. Had it not been for the positive reviews on here, I would have assumed that I’d been scammed.

The sun was out and the trampoline was calling! The old surround had faded and began to fall apart. Ordered easily from Jumpking and delivered promptly...it was child’s play and the children loved the fresh look of their trusty trampoline! Many thanks

Fits our old 14ft Jumpking trampoline well. The only thing I would say is that it doesnt seem as good a quality as the original one and I'm not sure it will last as long but as we got the replacement half price it is less of an issue.

I could not find a replacement net for my 7 x 10 Jumpking trampoline and someone sent me a link to this web page. I was still afraid to order in case it did not fit ,but I ordered a safety net and a surround pad and it arrived amazingly quickly , I placed the order on tuesday and it arrived on Friday , They fitted perfectly and it looks like a new trampoline now . We are really happy especially the children .Thank you to the man who answered my nervous enquiries

The replacement net for our trampoline is good. Website fine, main issue is that I tried to call numerous times but always answer machine (didn't seem able to leave message) and I emailed a query on 21.5.20 and have yet to receive a response. Thankfully I was right was the replacement I ordered.

Great company - ordered the wrong size padding in error and they responded to my email immediately and corrected the order. The goods were received within a couple of days which was amazing considering the lockdown status. Would highly recommend this company and their customer service.

I purchased a canopy from jumpking which was perfectly fine and came on time but unfortunately was the wrong size and have not been able to get hold of anyone for a return after making a lot of calls left voicemails and Sent emails but no reply to any 😡

Great quality piece of kit, but very disappointing customer service. What should have taken no more than 3 days for delivery, even in Covid times, took almost 2 weeks! Impossible to get through as no one was answering phones or emails, (Covid does not transmit down a phone line or computer!) I had to rely on getting an answer on online chat. Which happened to be the same person I had emailed 3 days previously to enquire where my order was! You need to seriously improve your customer service urgently, or you will lose a lot of business.

The staff at jumpking were very helpful when we had a delivery problem which was entirely the fault of TNT the trampoline itself is amazing and well worth the money, very well made. thank you Harriet and Taylor
