The order came the next day! I didnt get next delivery either No problems very easy and straight forward.

We had problems with our trampoline not being delivered when it should of been and then once it finally arrived there was something missing. I haven’t been able to talk to anyone on the phone and sent 3 messages through the website and had no response! Extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received and wouldn’t recommend!!

Pre-ordered item, item not yet dispatched, and need to make a change and if not able to make a change to cancel my order. I have left two voicemails and sent 3 emails and still no contact. Would not recommend

I purchased the wrong pad and have been attempting to contact jumping.eu/yjeurope via email and phone in order to arrange a return/exchange within the limits of my statutory consumer rights. I have had zero response to email and no reply to phone calls/messages left over a week long period and now face the prospect of writing off my purchase - I have found the correct pad on another supplier’s site. This is a shame as jumpking.eu would have gained the extra £100 in price difference had I been able to establish contact with them. I appreciate that these are very unusual times but I could not recommend this dealer of Jumpking products.

I have sent numerous messages asking for someone to contact me and no one has. I would like to speak to you and find out if you can help by supplying extra pads to increase the size of the surround pad I have bought from you. Our trampoline is 10ft X 7ft2ins. Tel no 07713003620. Cathy Leadbetter

I couldnt believe that you were able to facilitate the delivery so quickly. This greatly facilitated our travel arrangements. I found dealing with Amy excellent. One other thing I was chatting with Taylor and he was helpful. I asked his advice on buying new springs but he just disaappeared on me and that was the end of the on line coversation. I now think I have to buy some new springs and this will incur another delivery charge.
