“New net - overpriced!”

“I purchased the wrong pad and have been attempting to contact jumping.eu/yjeurope via email and phone in order to arrange a return/exchange within the limits of my statutory consumer rights. I have had zero response to email and no reply to phone calls/messages left over a week long period and now face the prospect of writing off my purchase - I have found the correct pad on another supplier’s site. This is a shame as jumpking.eu would have gained the extra £100 in price difference had I been able to establish contact with them. I appreciate that these are very unusual times but I could not recommend this dealer of Jumpking products.”

“I have sent numerous messages asking for someone to contact me and no one has. I would like to speak to you and find out if you can help by supplying extra pads to increase the size of the surround pad I have bought from you. Our trampoline is 10ft X 7ft2ins. Tel no 07713003620. Cathy Leadbetter”

“I couldnt believe that you were able to facilitate the delivery so quickly. This greatly facilitated our travel arrangements. I found dealing with Amy excellent. One other thing I was chatting with Taylor and he was helpful. I asked his advice on buying new springs but he just disaappeared on me and that was the end of the on line coversation. I now think I have to buy some new springs and this will incur another delivery charge.”

“Hi. Received trampoline pad with a rip and called Jumpking straight away as soon as I opened it and left a VM. Followed up with 2 emails inc a photo of the damage and did not get a response, called again and left another VM. Never had my calls returned, and to the best of my knowledge also received no email response. Fatigue hit me, so I patched it up with duck tape as neatly as possible and we’ll make do with it. Shame, the trampoline is very good quality and gives hours of fun to our 2 children, it’s just the quality of customer service has not been at the same level in this instance. Perhaps it’s a temporary situation because of The C19 situation.”

“Ordered replacement net which arrived promptly but was incorrect item. I have tried repeatedly calling, emailing, webchat, website contact form all with no response - I've resorted to opening a PayPal case to try and retrieve my money - steer clear!”

“Trampoline is good arrived over a week ago now. Parts for the enclosure netting are missing. Shame about the non existing customer service. I have left messages and emailed several times and not had a response. I am still ringing over 10 times a day but all you get is an answer phone and no reply or recall when you leave a message.”

“Very efficient. Ordered bottom pole and rod set for Tesco combo trampoline, both items fitted perfectly. Priced at £38.00 Inc.. delivery not cheap but cheaper than replacing a trampoline at £160.00 plus.”

“The sun was out and the trampoline was calling! The old surround had faded and began to fall apart. Ordered easily from Jumpking and delivered promptly...it was child’s play and the children loved the fresh look of their trusty trampoline! Many thanks”

“Fits our old 14ft Jumpking trampoline well. The only thing I would say is that it doesnt seem as good a quality as the original one and I'm not sure it will last as long but as we got the replacement half price it is less of an issue.”
