“It has been too wet to use yet, unfortunately; although it is fully assembled. Customer Service was outstanding when I had a query. It looks pretty good.”

“Love it! Fantastic bit of equipment easy enough to build very sturdy an looks fab with the canopy we purchased for it.. It was originally bought for my 3 year old, but upon building I realised I had bought one big enough for a fun fair lol.. so the whole family have been making good use which is great. I also had a few questions before delivery an their online chat assistant was lovely. Very helpful and well mannered. Would definitely recommend jumpking for all your trampoline needs!”

“The trampoline is great and our daughters are so pleased and excited to have it in the garden now. One gripe - the instructions for set up leave much to be desired which added another hour on to the set up time. Hard work!!”

“Very fast delivery and good service. The only reason I have given less stars is the quality of the 10ft trampoline spring cover is very cheap. Not padded thick enough, more just like a cover so doesn't offer protective support over springs.”

“Trampoline is great and Jumpking have been efficient in dealing with any questions. Trampoline frame arrived slightly damaged and connecting holes were drilled too large for the screws provided. Packaging inside had been opened, but once erected, trampoline has been perfect for my kid. When reported, jumpking were extremely efficient in dealing with the issues, offering to replace the frames and proactively sending out new screws which were the correct size. Mistakes happen. Issues with products can persist, but what matters most is the human behind the product/company that works to resolve the issues - and for that I highly recommend Jumpking because they’ve been fantastic.”

“Ordered a 6x9 and it is perfect. The kids love it. The springs are just right and allow plenty of bounce. Trampoline is also solid. Very impressed”

“Prompt delivery, easy ordering system. My only criticism was with the courier themselves because we were notified the trampolining was coming (only given a timescale of ‘before 6’). We waited in all day and the at 5pm the date on the tracking system changed to the following day. Fortunately my parents could wait for it because I had to go to work. A more accurate delivery time would be helpful. Other than that absolutely spot on.”

“Très bon échange avec Mme Christine. Livraison rapide via transporteur, le trampoline est arrivé très bien emballé dans de gros carton bien rigide. Montage facile (2 personnes). Quand à la qualité, le trampoline est de très bonne facture. Mon fils trouve qu'il a un meilleur rebond comparé à celui qu'il avait avant. Rien à dire, nous sommes très satisfait de notre achat”
