“Replacement net for trampoline a few pounds short of £100 so was expensive! But, given the original had lasted longer than expected, and was of good quality, I decided to buy another - rather than look to buy a new trampoline. The replacement, however, while fitting, was not simply not the same and not equal to the original. I think it of much poorer design, lacking many of the features of the original and for me was 100% not worth the money. I am very disappointed and will not trust this brand again.”

“Excellent service. I initially ordered the wrong size replacement net but Jumpking gave me a refund upon returning the net and then guided me to the correct net. It arrived within a couple of days and is very good quality. Only downside was the price of £96 (inclusive of delivery and tax) which I think is a bit excessive for a replacement net, however I couldn't find the correct one anywhere else.”

“Great looking canopy and seems to do a great job of protecting kids from sun, aswell as the pigeon issues we have had. Hope it lasts a long time as these things are expensive but hopefully worth it in the long run! Also fixed mine to a jump power 10ft trampoline, and it fits fine!”

“Our trampoline, advertised next day delivery took 10 days, including Easter some of the boxes were lost by the courier. On the 3rd call with customer services I struck lucky and got a lady called Harriet, who on my request, despatched a new trampoline on next day delivery with an alternative courier. Thanks so much Harriet!”

“Disappointed as the zip on the net broke on the 2nd day. JumpKing have agreed to send a replacement but I am worried that the zip is not a very good design as is a curve and having to operate under a lot of tension. Fingers crossed the replacement net will last more than a day. Other than that it’s a good quality trampoline and looks really smart.”
