“Although initially very happy with our trampoline, I have to say I am disappointed with customer service. I need some replacement parts and it is sad to say that these are out of stock. I’ve just been told it could be a month or more before these parts are back in stock. For the price we paid for our Zorb trampoline this is just not good enough. We thought buying an expensive trampoline would ensure long life and spare part availability but perhaps buying a cheaper one every year would be the best option after all. I won’t recommend Jumpking to anyone”

“Trampoline was delivered very promptly and is fantastic. We discovered a very small fault in the base and it was replaced immediately - within 48 hours! Fantastic customer care and a great trampoline!”

“Purchased a 14x10 trampoline. Really pleased with the quality of the product, definitely worth paying the extra when compared to the more standard ones on the market. I feel as though my grandkids are perfectly safe on there, very sturdy and plenty of protective padding where needed. Furthermore the trampoline itself is excellent, with plenty of bounce all over. Delivery was very speedy as well. Highly recommend to others. Shaun Long.”

“On a commandé le tremplin mais on n’a pas reçu un mail ou quelque soit pour un reçu sauf de la part de Paypal. J’ai envoyé un mail pour demande la confirmation mais rien reçu. Après, le tremplin à été délivré dans peu de jours donc il n’y avait pas de soucis. Bonne produit, de qualité et surtout pour le prix. Merci”

“I found the customer service at JumpKing to be outstanding. When calling with a query they went out of their way to search their records so they could confirm the right part that I needed to replace to fix our trampoline. This was delivered within a few days of ordering so our trampoline is functional again.”

“Very good trampoline and service, however the instructions supplied were terrible, using confusing language, omitting key information that could only be discovered through trial and error and including drawings that didn't represent the parts accurately (not showing unique characteristics of parts etc)”
