“I really was amazed at the service I received and quality of the trampoline. Having place my order in the evening, I received a call the next morning organising delivery for the following day. Even when there was a slight mix up with one of the products received, I got great and very prompt service to resolve it the next day. And as for the trampoline, my girls (2 and 3.5 years) are delighted. It's sturdy, safe and super bouncy! Thank you, Anna”

“The only and big let down is the cost of delivery in comparison to the cost of the net. Net £40.00, delivery £9.00 equates to a 22.5% oncost.”

“We love the treehouse tent we bought from Jumpking.eu website. Delivery is fast and the tent is fabulous. It made our trampoline useful in the cold weather. Love them feel like camping but in trampoline.”

“We purchased netting to replace the original. Our trampoline is an oval 15 x 10' purchased in 2010. The new netting was sold as netting for a trampoline of this size but when it arrived we discovered it had a different fitting mechanism from the original - something not mentioned in the description when it was purchased. It did not come with any instructions either. Although we have managed to fit the new netting having searched ourselves on the internet for guidance, we would not recommend jumpking products again for these reasons.”

“Buying a 10 foot Jumpking was one of the nicest things I have done for my young children. They love it. The only issue is that I am occasionally obliged to participate No accidents, no injuries in 3 years of use. I also bougth the tent which enables winter use and gives the kids a den too. All money well spent”

“This is a brilliant product and surprisingly quick and easy to assemble. The zip to do up the netting is robust yet easy enough for my 2-year old to do up by himself. The only reason this didn't get 5* was because it doesn't come with a ladder. Looking back now, it does say this in the text but on ordering, my only option was a deluxe ladder at £25.99 so I assumed the basic ladder came as standard. Put the basic ladder option as a tick-box so it's clear and then everything will be perfect! Oh, and not surprisingly, the box is ridiculously heavy when it arrives!”

“Very pleased with our trampoline...our young son has cystic fibrosis, he loves getting up on it , doing some bouncing to clear airways... Handrail excellent...lovely and light so we can move it from room to room...could not find any in Ireland like this one...bought one for my sister for her kids and they love it too...best buy ever...thanks jumpking....”
