“So pleased we bought this well know brand and the 14ft size. We also purchased a tree house canopy to go over the top which is a fantastic addition and lets a good amount of sunlight in, although not fully waterproof it does provide a some protection. Kids and friends have been sleeping on the trampoline during the summer months with duvets and pillows, with another night ahead tonight before school next week. All are really happy with purchases.”

“One of plastic caps to poles arrived broken. Since then another has snapped. Husband has had to tie all caps on with cable ties to hold net in place.”

“Excellent product (10 x 7 JumpPod Oval) and first class service. Trampoline is straightforward to assemble and is very sturdy. It is safe and great fun for our two children of 6 and 4, as well as providing good exercise for them. Recommend purchasing a canopy roof as this kept uv rays off the children in the summer and leaves off the trampoline now they are starting to fall. Overall, very pleased.”

“Customer service on the phone was great. However ups delivery used was terrible. Parcel lost, delivery office uncontactable and refused to contact me as no good news. Would not allow us to check the goods when eventually received without a signature. Sadly as jumping only work 9-5 min-fri they could not help either. Trampoline great once up.”

“Prompt service, all parts present, fairly clear instructions, same good build with added safety net(had an old jumpking trampoline pre safety net type) which emcourages the children to be slightly more adventurous.”

“Bought a 14' Octapod trampoline and it has been worth every penny. We have 2 boys (9 & 6) can easily have 4 of a similar age on there at the same time (being careful obviously!) and the octagon shape really does mean they all stay apart and don't end up in a tangled heap in the middle. Build quality is really good, too. It's very sturdy and was put up with a minimum of fuss. The shape is surprisingly space saving as well. Would definitely recommend the company and product!”

“My daughter loves her new big trampoline and it made moving house all the more exciting because it was promised for the new garden. Jumpking customer services were great at coordinating the delivery for the day after we moved in. Sadly the order wasnt quite correct as we were sent a 14" trampoline surround rather than the 12" trampoline we ordered. But a quick call to customer services had this quickly and painlessly resolved and the correct order was with us first thing the following morning. The fact that this was dealt with so will means I have no issue giving a 5* recommendation.”
