“Our trampoline recently blew over in a gale because I didn't fix it down properly. Two of the bottom enclosure poles were bent but Jumpking sent replacement parts very quickly. I am very happy with the trampoline design, ease of construction and after sales service. My daughters and granddaughters are very pleased too. They have great fun.”

“Quick delivery -Arrived several days before estimation Assembly was straightforward and directions were self-explanatory with the exception of the 10 gold springs. A quick phone call to support resolved the issued without delay. Trampoline is well made and rugged. Had an issue with a defective black rod segment which precluded the black rods fitting together as designed. Called and email support and had a timely replacement sent. Now the JumpKing JumpPod is complete. Kids absolutely love it. 2016 much improved from the 2014 version we had before.”

“We were advised next day delivery - waited in all day on Saturday for it. We were told on Monday when we call that the van broke down on Saturday ! No one told us - and they then left the new net on the porch on Monday - again with out a call. We only found out when we called you. If you care - can you call me on 07919184907. That may restore some confidence that you want to do something about this feedback. thank you”

“Buying direct from Jumpking was cheaper than Tesco. The assembly instructions were honest about timing and difficulty. And most importantly, the children love bouncing up and down on it!”

“So pleased we bought this well know brand and the 14ft size. We also purchased a tree house canopy to go over the top which is a fantastic addition and lets a good amount of sunlight in, although not fully waterproof it does provide a some protection. Kids and friends have been sleeping on the trampoline during the summer months with duvets and pillows, with another night ahead tonight before school next week. All are really happy with purchases.”

“One of plastic caps to poles arrived broken. Since then another has snapped. Husband has had to tie all caps on with cable ties to hold net in place.”

“Excellent product (10 x 7 JumpPod Oval) and first class service. Trampoline is straightforward to assemble and is very sturdy. It is safe and great fun for our two children of 6 and 4, as well as providing good exercise for them. Recommend purchasing a canopy roof as this kept uv rays off the children in the summer and leaves off the trampoline now they are starting to fall. Overall, very pleased.”

“Customer service on the phone was great. However ups delivery used was terrible. Parcel lost, delivery office uncontactable and refused to contact me as no good news. Would not allow us to check the goods when eventually received without a signature. Sadly as jumping only work 9-5 min-fri they could not help either. Trampoline great once up.”

“Prompt service, all parts present, fairly clear instructions, same good build with added safety net(had an old jumpking trampoline pre safety net type) which emcourages the children to be slightly more adventurous.”
