“The day after placing my order I received a phone call from Jumpking arranging delivery of the trampoline on the next working day, which was fantastic. The trampoline itself was straightforward to put together and has already provided the family with hours of fun.”

“UPS never delivered the trampoline!! Promised it on the Tuesday. Nothing!! Wednesday, still nothing after I stayed in all day, so we phoned UPS. A lady rang back and said the driver had finished for the day, so someone would ring Thursday morning. No call on Thursday, so we rang in the afternoon and they said the trampoline had been delivered, but no trampoline, no card through the letter box, our neighbours knew nothing about it. Our son's Birthday was on Sunday, so gave up after so many empty promises and ordered a trampoline from another company. A shambles and dreadful customer service.”

“We bought a 6x9 rectangular trampoline and our daughter is delighted. The trampoline is as described, excellent quality and good price. Excellent service, fast delivea, got a call from staff to arrange best time for delivery. No hassle or fuss, good communications and would recommend.”

“It looks a good trampoline for the price we paid ,but we have already had to replace about eight springs as they have broken ,only my son goes on the trampoline ,and he is within the recommended weight”

“I still don't have a complete trampoline. To be fair to JumpKing the main issues seem to be with the deliverer, the delivery service has been appalling. The initially made the delivery of only 3 out of the 4 boxes. The second box arrived (at a different time to when it was promised) but was shrink wrapped and had clearly been opened in transit. Several items are missing from the box. I still do not have a complete trampoline.”

“Our trampoline recently blew over in a gale because I didn't fix it down properly. Two of the bottom enclosure poles were bent but Jumpking sent replacement parts very quickly. I am very happy with the trampoline design, ease of construction and after sales service. My daughters and granddaughters are very pleased too. They have great fun.”

“Quick delivery -Arrived several days before estimation Assembly was straightforward and directions were self-explanatory with the exception of the 10 gold springs. A quick phone call to support resolved the issued without delay. Trampoline is well made and rugged. Had an issue with a defective black rod segment which precluded the black rods fitting together as designed. Called and email support and had a timely replacement sent. Now the JumpKing JumpPod is complete. Kids absolutely love it. 2016 much improved from the 2014 version we had before.”

“We were advised next day delivery - waited in all day on Saturday for it. We were told on Monday when we call that the van broke down on Saturday ! No one told us - and they then left the new net on the porch on Monday - again with out a call. We only found out when we called you. If you care - can you call me on 07919184907. That may restore some confidence that you want to do something about this feedback. thank you”

“Buying direct from Jumpking was cheaper than Tesco. The assembly instructions were honest about timing and difficulty. And most importantly, the children love bouncing up and down on it!”

“So pleased we bought this well know brand and the 14ft size. We also purchased a tree house canopy to go over the top which is a fantastic addition and lets a good amount of sunlight in, although not fully waterproof it does provide a some protection. Kids and friends have been sleeping on the trampoline during the summer months with duvets and pillows, with another night ahead tonight before school next week. All are really happy with purchases.”
