“Trampoline net fitted perfectly. But delivery charge was very expensive. Had this size been available on another site I would have purchased elsewhere where delivery charges were less than half the price.”

“We ordered a replacement trampoline net as ours was old and perished. The new net was delivered promptly and fitted well, however the cord supplied to secure it to the springs was too thick to feed through the net and we had to buy thinner cord.”

“The trampoline net is fine although it would have been good to know abit more clearly that the tubing for round the top of the net was not included and costs a further £30. the £9.00 postage seems quite a lot. The customer services lady was helpful and polite. In comparison to the whole trampoline purchased for £100 I wasn't expecting to spend £80 on net and tubing.”

“We've had our JumpKing combo 10ft trampoline for just under a week now. It arrived promptly. I managed to put most of it up myself, just needed a bit of help slotting the frame together and putting the springs on. The enclosure and pad was easy to fit too. So far so good. Seems very sturdy and the kids are loving it. The only reason for 4 stars was because I had to buy the ladder separately as part of a package including a cover and the anchors.”

“Replacement trampoline net fits and is as described. Promptly dispatched. Delivery company said it would be delivered before 8 pm, but did not come. They did however deliver it first thing the next day.”

“Firstly the delivery of the trampoline was incredibly quick. It took patience and two people to assemble it. Very pleased with the sturdiness of the product. Only one criticism and that is that of the polystyrene handle cover. It is not robust and in fact there was a small defect on it, which straight away my grandson homed in on and started to pull at. It won't be long until it is unusable. We are already thinking to substitute it with something more resilient. In use, it was lovely to see him holding the handle and having a great time. He will have lots of use from it and I am pleased I chose this product over others.”

“Lovely staff who were very pro-active in making sure I placed the right order. If they had not called me I might have made an expensive mistake! They did much much better than the delivery van driver from a well-known delivery firm (Yodel), who appears to have thrown the items into the driveway of a neighbour who was many houses away. No card left with them or me. No explanation and no follow-up from my feedback to Yodel.”
