“Firstly the delivery of the trampoline was incredibly quick. It took patience and two people to assemble it. Very pleased with the sturdiness of the product. Only one criticism and that is that of the polystyrene handle cover. It is not robust and in fact there was a small defect on it, which straight away my grandson homed in on and started to pull at. It won't be long until it is unusable. We are already thinking to substitute it with something more resilient. In use, it was lovely to see him holding the handle and having a great time. He will have lots of use from it and I am pleased I chose this product over others.”

“Lovely staff who were very pro-active in making sure I placed the right order. If they had not called me I might have made an expensive mistake! They did much much better than the delivery van driver from a well-known delivery firm (Yodel), who appears to have thrown the items into the driveway of a neighbour who was many houses away. No card left with them or me. No explanation and no follow-up from my feedback to Yodel.”

“The net was delivered very quickly - thank you. The net appears to be good quality, but fitting it was a bit of a marathon; the new method with the ties took a long time, but the biggest difficulty was that I didn't appreciate how important it was to get the tensions right. I was two thirds of the way round and realised that the net was not going to fit all the way - I had allowed it to bunch a bit at the beginning. I am sure there is a good reason for the re-design, but I suggest you have a net-specific manual which highlights the importance of getting the tension right. Hope this helps.”

“Prompt delivery, great customer service. Gave timely updates on delivery and was able to arrange best day. Best price I could find and trampoline was as expected. Would definitely order from jumpking again. Only criticism, but very small one, was that it would have been nice if they included price incl VAT up front rather than later during the order process. Also, bonus that they were donating some of the purchase to charity,”

“I purchased a Jump King classic pod trampoline in July 2014. When we took the trampoline down for the winter we noticed that one of the upright poles had a split in it. When we contacted the company we had bought it from they contacted Jump King and advised usnthatbthenpole isn't covered under warranty and suggested we had used inappropriate force against it. The pole is there toehold the net in place and act as a barrier to children falling off of the trampoline and as such should be of a sufficient strength to tak an impact. The trampoline is used by an eleven year old.mi have been toled both both Jump King and the supplier Mad Fun that it is it under warranty and they will not replace the pole. I know have a trampoline which I fear is not safe as I do not feel confident that the other poles will to fail and cause a child to fall onto the ground. Totally unsatisfactory that such an integral part of the product is insufficient for its purpose. I would t recommend this product nor Jump King as they have not taken this matter seriously. Very poor customer service.”

“I thought searching for the correct net to fit our 10ft trampoline would be a nightmare but i found this website simple to shop and brilliant prices :) Delivery was fast and even without instructions assembly of the new net was easy! My children are chuffed to bits :)”
