“I have very much appreciated the prompt delivery of an orthopaedic knee scooter. I had a broken my ankle and this has enabled me to function both at work and at home for the weeks without weight-bearing. Your service has been efficient and friendly and cannot be faulted. Thank you.”

“Excellent service. Delivery and collection arrangements are really straightforward and flexible. Wheelchair hire made a massive difference when my 13 year old daughter broke her foot, and was out of action for almost a year. It meant we could still get out and do things when her mobility was really limited. The wheelchair was light, and easy to put up and down. Would highly recommend this service.”

“Having broken my ankle, and not being allowed to take any weight on it for at least eight weeks, I had the notion of hiring a wheelchair to enable me to get around at home, especially to enable me to continue to cook and access the washing machine, drier, etc etc. I was very pleased with it. Delivery was quick, and the choice of a lightweight chair enabled me to 'turn it on a sixpence'. It was strong, with a smooth action. Indeed, I am sorry to see it go, as it became my lifeline, but the costs were such that it had to be returned. My thanks for the excellent service.”

“I had paid extra for a 10:30 next day delivery! The van arrived on time and whilst that was admirable, an empty van was not what I needed for my newly re-built ankle. The van was empty! This 'disaster' however, allowed 'Wheelfreedom' to show what a great company they truly are. A FIVE STAR COMPANY indeed. Within a short time of my initial phone call to W/f , the lost scooter was located -- 225 miles from my home. I had really wanted//needed to take delivery that day, but despite fresh promises from the staff I put the chances of that happening at below zero. At 4 P.M I was riding an excellently prepared machine along my hallway. I don't think I have dealt with a better company in quite a few years of buying from the internet. If you want super service from a company that will go out of their way to put things right for the customer --use Wheelfreedom. For what it is worth I COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED with the product(I eventually hired two. One for downstairs and one for upstairs~~~~~~~~~) Or with the company! They are gold star! Mike”

“We have nothing but praise for every aspect of hiring a wheelchair from Wheel Freedom. It was wonderful to have the chair delivered so promptly and it really made life easier after I broke my pelvis in a fall. The chair folded up and fitted in the boot of our car enabling me to go on holiday and to go on days out. Highly recommended.”

“What an amazing service ! During a touring holiday my wife fractured her ankle and to be able to hire a wheelchair (complete with elevated leg rest) and have it delivered to a small caravan site was just brilliant. The sales agent was very helpful and guided me through all the steps with confidence. The overall cost for a weeks hire was an acceptable expenditure to allow us to enjoy what would otherwise have been a somewhat limited holiday. Our sincere thanks to all concerned.”
