“We found wheel freedom after realising we needed a chair on a short term basis and didn’t really know where to start. They knew exactly what chair I needed and arranged for one to be delivered within 48hours (I called at the weekend) the chair was delivered exactly when they said it would be and it was perfect for our needs. Again when we had finished with the chair I just made a call and it was collected the next day. Faultless service and unbelievable value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again if the need arises. Thank you.”

“It's the first time we have hired a wheelchair for my mother. We had a few days away and as her mobility is impaired we thought this the best option. Well what can i say from my first inquiry the service from Wheel freedom was 5 star. They arranged the delivery and collection to and from our destination and the communication throughout made it a pleasure. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone else wanting this service.”

“I was very happy in all my dealings with Wheelfreedom. The website was clear and easy to navigate, the communication by telephone was easy, and the ordering process very straightforward, conditions for hire explicit. We were very happy to be able to get a wheelchair delivered extremely promptly, and found directions for use easy to follow. The chair itself was robust and easy to manoeuvre. At the end of the hiring period the chair was collected the next day with no fuss.”

“Nothing these days is easy... except Wheelfreedom. The service is exactly as described. You sign up, your wheelchair is delivered, you use it as long as you need it, paying exactly what was agreed each week with no hidden costs. When you don't need it anymore you let them know, they take it away, you don't pay any more. Everyone you deal with is friendly and competent. Nothing at all to complain about. Thank you!”

“Thank you to the team for making a very stressful time for me (with my broken knee) much easier. The wheelchair was easy to order, and I got a delivery window emailed to me so I could be prepared for its arrival, which was also super handy. The wheelchair itself looked brand new and was super comfy and easy and straightforward for me to use (I didn't end up needing to look at the user manual but I appreciated that it came with it). The wheelchair was also easily foldable for my partner to put it in the back of the car to take me to my hospital appointments. Arranging the collection of the wheelchair to be returned once no longer needed was also a simple phonecall to arrange and again I received a pickup timeslot via email. A very friendly, efficient and helpful service. Thank you”

“If you have mobility issues and a bit of money to spend then a visit to this showroom is a must. A huge range of wheelchairs, scooters and add ons on display for you to see and try out. They even have the rear end of a car on the wall so you can see if getting it in and out of the boot is practical. On site engineers will make small adaptions to whatever you buy to ensure it is exactly tailored to you needs. They also deliver to your house free of charge. What sets it apart though is that if you make an appointment their in house experts will sit down and discuss your needs and try to come up with a solution to your issues. No hard sell, just advice and recommendations to help you decide. Jessie spent over an hour with me letting me try out different products before I decided and was so helpful. A lot of the products are high end so it isn't low cost but their prices are comparable with purchasing elsewhere. A must visit. Make an appointment. You won't be disappointed and will come away with a much better understanding of what you need.”

“I have used the company a few times and each time the service has been excellent. The person on the phone has been friendly and helpful, delivery is extremely fast and collection is on time and fuss free. The wheelchairs have all been excellent quality with no issues at all. Hiring a wheelchair allows me to have days out with my mum when she visits me and I'm very grateful.”
