“Thank you to the team for making a very stressful time for me (with my broken knee) much easier. The wheelchair was easy to order, and I got a delivery window emailed to me so I could be prepared for its arrival, which was also super handy. The wheelchair itself looked brand new and was super comfy and easy and straightforward for me to use (I didn't end up needing to look at the user manual but I appreciated that it came with it). The wheelchair was also easily foldable for my partner to put it in the back of the car to take me to my hospital appointments. Arranging the collection of the wheelchair to be returned once no longer needed was also a simple phonecall to arrange and again I received a pickup timeslot via email. A very friendly, efficient and helpful service. Thank you”

“If you have mobility issues and a bit of money to spend then a visit to this showroom is a must. A huge range of wheelchairs, scooters and add ons on display for you to see and try out. They even have the rear end of a car on the wall so you can see if getting it in and out of the boot is practical. On site engineers will make small adaptions to whatever you buy to ensure it is exactly tailored to you needs. They also deliver to your house free of charge. What sets it apart though is that if you make an appointment their in house experts will sit down and discuss your needs and try to come up with a solution to your issues. No hard sell, just advice and recommendations to help you decide. Jessie spent over an hour with me letting me try out different products before I decided and was so helpful. A lot of the products are high end so it isn't low cost but their prices are comparable with purchasing elsewhere. A must visit. Make an appointment. You won't be disappointed and will come away with a much better understanding of what you need.”

“I have used the company a few times and each time the service has been excellent. The person on the phone has been friendly and helpful, delivery is extremely fast and collection is on time and fuss free. The wheelchairs have all been excellent quality with no issues at all. Hiring a wheelchair allows me to have days out with my mum when she visits me and I'm very grateful.”

“I recently contacted Wheelfreedom to hirer a lightweight wheelchair after my husband had a bad fall and was unable to walk. They are an extremly helpful company in helping you choose which wheelchair is suitable for you and the person who requires it. Delivery was within 48 hours of orderin and collection was easily arranged. i have no hesitation in recommending Wheelfreedom.”

“There are a variety of wheelchairs to hire. It was very easy to place an order and delivery was very quick, usually one working day. The wheelchair was collected from my doorstep at a pre arranged date and was simple to pack it back in to the white box it was transported in.”

“Absolutely first class service from start to finish. We hired a wheelchair for a week for my elderly mother in law whilst on holiday in Devon. It was delivered on time, and collected back as promised. Regular email updates were really helpful throughout. Great comfortable chair and accessories. Highly recommended, thank you.”

“We hired a wheelchair for a two week holiday in Scotland. The chair was clean and easy to use (instructions were provided, but not necessary). The chair was delivered in a clever yet simple box and the courier was very helpful in getting it to and from the house. The Wheelfreedom staff were helpful and not pushy in any way. Would I recommend this service? Absolutely!”
