“Hiring a chair from Wheelfreedom made a real difference to my mothers enjoyment of our recent holiday. The service we received was very efficient and everything happened as and when it should. “Excellent delivery and collection service, prices are good and I had one chair exchanged as it was a bit tatty no quibble service. Chair has now gone back as I have had surgery to cure my problem but it suited my needs lightweight and durable.”

“I needed a wheelchair recently whilst experiencing an MS relapse. The lightweight foldable was perfect for my needs. Very reasonably priced & the customer service was exceptional. Wheelchair arrived the following day. Would highly recommend A*****”

“The service provided was excellent and everything went very smoothly. This was an ideal service for my disabled father who does not usually need the use of a wheelchair. The motor for the chair designed for larger people worked very smoothly and was easy to assemble though it is very heavy. Would thoroughly recommend Wheelfreedom. Peter Wakeford-July 2016”

“Thank you for the brilliant service. its good that you understand the needs of your customers. it was really important that to me to get a wheelchair quickly following an unexpected injury and subsequent operation on my knee which left me unable to weightbear. I had my wheelchair delivered in under 24 hours, and on a Saturday! It was a perfect fit, and the leg attachment so I could elevate my leg was just perfect and definitely assisted my recovery. overall, very quick, easy, friendly staff and great service. Thank you so much!”

“I found the wheelfreedom scooter a revelation, I had surgery to my foot and needed a toe to knee cast for six weeks. The hospital provided a zimmer frame which meant I couldnt hold anything from the kitchen into the living room. The knee scooter enabled me to get around without causing pain in my hands and shoulders from the zimmer frame and I could also carry things from room to room as the scooter could easily be used and controlled with one hand for short journeys. It was lightweight thus enabling me to get out and about as it also folded to fit into the boot of a car. All in all a fantastic alternative to crutches or a frame and I would recommend it to anyone with lower leg injuries. The service provided was efficient and speedy for both delivery and pick up. I would not hesitate to use wheelfreedom again should the need arise.”

“Friendly, efficient & helpful I would have been very restricted during my recovery had I not had use of the lightweight foldable wheelchair. I was able to navigate the kitchen and downstairs area of home better and more safely, and able to get out more with my partner & friends to push me around local parks, etc. Claire x”

“After breaking my ankle and using 2 crutchs, i became a prisoner in my own living room, unable to lift or carry anything. Struggling to hop from room to room. The wheelfreedom wheelchair gave me back my independence, allowing me access again to downstairs rooms , using a nonslip tray found I could transport food and drinks. I was able to attend my brothers 60th birthday party , before flying to Corfu on holiday taking the wheelchair with me covered by free insurance. The wheelchairs are comfortable and I always felt safe and secure. I highly recommend this product and the customer service and support offered.”

“Excellent product and customer service. My husband used the knee scooter having had an operation for a badly fractured ankle and it transformed his mobility, enabling him to get around so much easier than crutches. A very straightforward and efficient ordering and returns service. Would highly recommend.”

“Thank you to WheelFreedom. They were very helpful and accommodating both on the phone and at the office. They offered to show me a quick demo of the equipment before I took out the hire. When I picked up the equipment, they were very helpful and polite and gave me a quick demo too. The equipment was really useful and helped with recovery. No problems at all & very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WheelFreedom to someone else. Someone recommend them to me and I am grateful for that.”
