“I hired a chair from wheel freedom on the Tuesday it was delivered on the date requested Unfortunately it was not suitable for my purposes so I phoned for it to be returned a lady called Sue took the phone call who l must say was very pleasant and very helpful the wheelchair was picked up the next day with a full refund of the hire which I had paid no fuss no problems so strait forward a fantastic company to deal with I highly recommend this company .”

“The electric scooter was hired by me for a gentleman in my tour group. It was to give him complete independence in London and helped his stay enormously. The scooter was delivered promptly in excellent condition, and everything in working order (eg lights and hooter!). Easy to book and liaise with the team in the London office”

“Pleasant staff on the other end of the phone, fast delivery and collection. As an amputee having some revision surgery meaning I had to stay off my prosthesis for a number of weeks finding a wheel chair provider who provided stump boards was proving a real pain until I came across Wheelfreedom...10 out of 10. Competitive on price and well maintained wheelchair. Would happily use again.”

“Wheelfreedom was a life saver when my husband broke his leg - the wheelchair arrived the day after I ordered it and the chair was of good quality and repair. Once we no longer need the chair, I simply phoned and the chair was picked up 24 hours later. If you need a temporary chair, I really recommend Wheelfreedom.”

“Very good service, we hired the chair for my dad who is a bit of a slow walker and it was delivered to our holiday cottage which to be fair was quite remote, with no problem and collected. The chair was ideal for our needs so no problems, thank you.”

“Having never imagined needing a wheelchair, I was really grateful to find Wheelfreedom when I needed one. A straight forward and efficient business model...I scanned the website and could have ordered online, but phoned in to clarify a couple of questions and booked / paid with the helpful staff. I got what just what I needed - a good quality wheelchair delivered by next day courier, and returned it by same method when done. All good.”

“After a major operation on my foot, the knee scooter that I rented from Wheelfreedom meant that my life could continue in much the same vein as before. Being unable to cope with crutches and not being able to weight bear on my foot, I found that the knee scooter gave me the mobility that I needed both indoors and out to carry on a near normal life. I was also very, very impressed with the next day delivery and the service I received.”

“Very efficient service for delivery and uplift of wheelchair. Clean, sturdy wheelchair delivered. Unfortunately having paid £55 for the use of it for three days I only actually used it for 3 hours! It would be helpful if you reduced the minimum hire time to one week instead of two as not everyone needs a loan for two weeks.”
