I found the wheelfreedom scooter a revelation, I had surgery to my foot and needed a toe to knee cast for six weeks. The hospital provided a zimmer frame which meant I couldnt hold anything from the kitchen into the living room. The knee scooter enabled me to get around without causing pain in my hands and shoulders from the zimmer frame and I could also carry things from room to room as the scooter could easily be used and controlled with one hand for short journeys. It was lightweight thus enabling me to get out and about as it also folded to fit into the boot of a car. All in all a fantastic alternative to crutches or a frame and I would recommend it to anyone with lower leg injuries. The service provided was efficient and speedy for both delivery and pick up. I would not hesitate to use wheelfreedom again should the need arise.
