Overall was a great experience. However, there was not enough stock in my size and was very surprised I had no choice but to buy the bag and hanger and this was not just an option. Luckily I loved the first dress I tried on.

Leuke ervaring voor een eerste pasbeurt. Er werd goed geluisterd naar de stem van de bruid. Het scoren van de jurken vind ik zelf een iets mindere ervaring.

Even moeten wachten maar toch wel uitgebreid geholpen! Soms dreef de verkoopster haar eigen mening door, gelukkig had de bruid een sterke visie en kon ze voet bij stuk houden.

Ik keek er echt naar uit om enkele supermooie bruidsjurken te komen passen die ik had zien passeren op de WED2b facebookpagina. Echter was mijn ontgoocheling groot toen ze de jurk waar ik op slag verliefd op werd (de sheath James) niet in de winkel hadden. Ze hadden maar 1 andere jurk in die stijl hangen, ze hadden nochtans al veel vraag naar die stijl gekregen en alsook tevergeefs zelf naar gevraagd wisten ze mij te zeggen. Zelfs het laten overkomen van een andere winkel naar Gent was echter ook niet mogelijk. Uiteindelijk heb ik gekozen voor de Sydney jurk dankzij de medewerkster van de winkel die mij dit eens voorstelde. Het bontje die ik wou(Marlee) hadden ze ook niet in de winkel, deze heb ik dan online besteld. De vriendelijkheid en kwaliteit van het meisje die mij geholpen heeft om de jurk te passen was wel TOP, gelukkig, anders was ik zonder jurk naar buiten gestapt.

Onze excuses dat er niet veel jurken in jou gewenste stijl aanwezig waren, doordat wij ā€˜off the peg’ werken, dit betekend dat als je verliefd wordt op een jurk je hem dezelfde dag koopt en gelijk mee naar huis neemt. Experience great from staff, slightly disappointing that almost all bridesmaid dresses zips were broken so one of my bridesmaids had to be cut out of dress (again staff were amazing, not their fault). Have got home and realised my underskirt has not been put in the box with my dress as they packaged it up hidden out the back, now need to call shop as not open Wednesdays and drive 1hr EACH WAY to collect item which I should have bought home with me

I was originally disappointed as the Cardiff store didn't have any of the 5 dresses that I was hoping to try on. I was shown a rack of dresses that all looked the same to me and felt really overwhelmed. Luckily however, the young girl who was working in the fitting room was absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately, I never asked her name! She really helped me to find the right style for me and found me the perfect size. In the end I walked out with the perfect dress :) One thing I would really suggest ro improve the experience is to have someone with you when looking at the dresses so they can show you the dress out of the bag.

Firstly I would like to say how amazing my consultant Mia was, she was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job finding me a dress and veil. I visited Wed2Be Southampton yesterday after emailing you asking if I need to make an appointment. I was told no appointment was needed and to just turn up on the day, weekdays were best as weekends can get busy. So myself, my mum, my future mother-in-law and sister all booked the day off work on a Wednesday to visit your Southampton branch. We arrived before the store had opened, to ensure we were seen - the front of the house opened the shutters of the shop and didn't even welcome us in, we had to ask if we were allowed to come in after she had returned to the till. I was seen by Mia who was amazing. We were in there for 30 minutes trying on my 3rd dress when said front-of-house banged on the wall next to my changing room and alerted my consultant that other brides were booked in. I found this so rude and I then began to feel rushed and a bit in the way. We were then told that we could book a slot later in the day to come back, my mother-in-law then challenged this saying we weren't allowed to book and the assistant said we could book on the day. If it wasn't for the fact I'd fallen in love with the third dress I had tried on and it was in the platinum range (i wouldn't be able to get it at another store we would not have returned later that day to purchase the dress. This day was supposed to be fun and magical for me and my mum, who needed a light-hearted, fun day to cheer us both up after a hard year and i feel like my dress shopping experience was ruined by your front of the house. I am a hairdresser who works closely with clients and has to have exceptional customer service every day regardless of my mood, and i would never treat one of my clients how i was treated yesterday. My mum was not even allowed to browse the dresses to have an input into any dresses I tried on. I am giving 3 stars as my consultant was lovely and apologetic and she deserves to be praised.

Found my amazing dress, but staff weren’t that experienced I didn’t think, asked a lot about buying extras .. even when you say your on a budget, and we didn’t get offered the signs with a picture that say ā€˜I said yes to the dress’ that would of been nice. But overall our experience was good I just think the staff could have been more upbeat and enthusiastic.

Die Beratung ist wirklich super. Sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings finde ich es nicht mehr zeitgemäß bei einem online Einkauf nur über Kreditkarte zahlen zu können. Hier sollte wenigstens Paypal möglich sein!

Quite misleading doesn’t state anywhere that you will definitely need a seamstress and that yea it’s off the peg but nothing will actually fit and you won’t be allowed to try on the size you actually are and advised you must get a seamstress when buying anything . I did get the dress I wanted but very misleading with all the additional costs

As they're off the peg, sometimes customisation is required to personalise the straps or length for each bride and we can provide recommended seamstress lists to allow brides to arrange conveniently. Iona my sales lady was fab, however the feel of the shop is very cold and unwelcoming. I was informed I had 45 minutes and was only allowed 4 dresses. This immediately made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. I feel allowing the customer to browse and pick would make for a better experience. Also restricting people to 4 dresses is absolutely not good customers service. I feel if they made a few changes then it would be an entirely different and more pleasant experience. I absolutely love my dress so for this I'm delighted.

The girl who helped me pick my dress was lovely. However, when paying for my dress I felt I was not properly informed of the pricing of the items which I bought. I feel it was misleading I thought when they mentioned would you like a dressing gown this was free only to find out when reading the receipt I was charged £20 for this. If I had known this I would not have agreed with this. I feel more transparency is required to ensure the customer is well informed of the pricing.

I think I had a lady named Chelsea (sorry not 100% sure) she was lovely, and attentative and really made the best of the situation. However, I had been waiting to visit your store for some time (it's a travel for me) and when we eventually did, we arrived to be told the only dress shape in the entire store for my size was aline. I understand how wed2b works but how is someone supposed to find the right dress for them in this situation? I basically tried on 5 of the same dress. I ended up purchasing one of them (pressure I had put on myself) but returned it the next day knowing it wasn't the right one. Sadly disappointed with my experience as I expected much more.

You need to start making appointments had to wait 2 hours to be seen, then we was seen by Alison who was lovely. Came back to buy the dress Manager was very abrupt on our arivle had to wait anouther 1.5 hours before we was seen. You have so much to offer, brides do not want to be stressed before they start, waiting 2 hours is stress, you did appointments in covid why not now, offer a coffie whilst you wait, make the experience special.

I was shown three dresses, lady was reluctant to let me try on any others as they apparently weren’t the style liked, despite me not having tried them on. The dresses I tried weren’t tightened up properly at the back giving me a really bad shape, so I ended up with a dress that was the best out of the bad bunch picked out. I cried all the way home knowing I didn’t like this dress, but thought it was the only one that was ā€˜suitable’ for my body type. Going to the Cardiff store next week to exchange it. Really gutted that this was my first experience dress shopping. The ladies were nice, but I think may have lacked in experience in understanding what the bride needs/wants.

The experience at the start was really good and the lady assisting me was so helpful until when it came to pay. I was just given a figure I had to pay, no breakdown of what I’m paying for or even how much my dress alone cost. She asked us to sit at around the corner so we didn’t see what was packaged- I can’t help but think this was intentional. Once I got home and looked in the box I found out I was charged for a ā€˜robe’ which was a pair of pyjamas (wrong size as well), a hanger, extra bags for storage and the underskirt. I ended up returning these items the next day and having a refund of around Ā£150. It put a bit of a downer on the whole experience, which was a shame as this should have been a special day. In future I think you should be explained to, what you are paying for as this just seems to be a money making scheme.
