“I had such a lovely experience at Wed2b - St. Pauls! From the moment I walked in, Catherine made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Everyone was so friendly and genuinely warm – it felt like chatting with old friends. They were incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what I was looking for, without ever being pushy or trying to make a quick sale. I really appreciated that they wanted me to find my dress, not just a dress. Plus, they made me laugh more than once, which made the whole experience even more special and relaxed. Highly recommend!”

“Had the most amazing shopping experience at WED2B today. Beautiful variety of dresses at incredible prices. Special thanks to Chloe and Angel from Chelmsford branch who were so supportive and made me feel a million dollars! Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much”

“I went dress shopping yesterday for the first time and the girls at wed2b Nottingham were outstanding! I had a lot of anxiety going in but Niamh made me feel really calm and relaxed and was wonderful! She hit the nail on the head first try, gave us a few other styles to try to make sure it was the one and then put the first dress back on just to make sure I was 100% happy. Couldn't be happier with the dress (their range is incredible!) and service from all the staff! 100/10 would recommend to anyone, they were so nice! if you're a bit nervous for the first try, I would 100% say go to wed2b Nottingham! Thank you so much!”

“First time I've ever been in the shop. We were greeted by a very friendly young lady. Showed different dresses. Then we were taken to a dressing room to try them on. We were assisted by two lovely 6oung ladies who were really nice and helpful.”

“What was supposed to be a nice mum and daughter bonding day came with with added excited niblings. Despite the chaos, Poppy and the team were fantastic. I fell in love with dress no.2 and had some great advice on the trimmings. Thank you so much Poppy.”

“Amazing service, went to the Southampton store and this was my first time looking for a wedding dress. Maddy and Lilly were very welcoming and very helpful explaining the process to us. Lilly was so patient, lovely and helpful with me considering how many dresses I wanted to try on to get an idea of what I was looking for. They weren't pushy with me making a decision that day, which I really appricate. I was struggling between two dresses and Lilly didn't rush me and really helped me decide which dress I loved the most. I bought my dress that day and I love it. Highly recommend looking for a wedding dress here. Thank you Ladies.”

“When arrived was greeted and told possible 90 min wait. Wasn't checked in, but that was sorted when was my time with the bridal assistant. Found the perfect dress while waiting and was in my size. Felt very pressured into buying the accessories such as underskirt, veil, box , coat hanger and bag, even when telling the bridal assistant I had some of these at home. I was advised Kalarna pay was available, at no point did the assistant mention there is 22% interest on the purchase using Kalarna pay. The lady at the till even said she doesn't advise brides to use. Would of been very embarrassing to get to the till and then not complete the purchase with mislead information. Was lucky I had the funds to pay in full. While at the till the bridal assistant and till assistant both went to the back and could hear them discussing I only wanted the dress (£899) and bag which Is not complimentary. At this point i was ready to leave the dress and shop elsewhere, but my friend reminded me how beautiful the dress was, so once they returned I quickly paid and left.”

“I found WED2B online. I browsed the website and couldn't belive how many dresses I liked. We went to the Exeter store and was greeted by Vicky. She was very welcoming and explained how the day would go. We tried on many styles as I had no idea what would suit me. I tried on a sheath dress which we all really liked. Then Vicky had the vibe what type of dress was me and pulled out a mermaid dress. Wow, it showed off my figure. We weren't pressurised to purchase any dresses at all. We went downstairs to the coffee shop for a chat. We all agreed the mermaid was the one. We went back up and purchased the dress. What a great experience! Thankyou Vicky for being so patient and wonderful.”

“Had a lovely morning at Wed2B Hull. Robyn greeted us and then we were looked after by Amber. We were made to feel comfortable throughout the whole time, the girls listened to what I wanted and brought a range of dresses for me try. There was never any pressure to buy but in the end, I said yes to the dress! A really lovely morning.”

“Went into your wendsbury branch today Kerry was brilliant she knew exactly what design of dress would suit my shape when the dress styles i thought i wanted just didnt work for me when i started to get a little over whelmed by it all she was professional reassuring and took her time in talking me though the dresses I had short listed and helped me make the right choice I'm over the moon with my dress thank you for a very enjoyable experience”
