Netjes geholpen, maar weinig opties (verschillende modellen) in de grotere maten. Ook weinig keuze in style in de grote maten.

Service within the shop was lovely staff were very friendly however was very surprised when coming to pay for the bride and flower girl dresses that you also have to purchase the hangers ! And also a dress bag to put them in . I also tried to return a flower girl dress that had not even been tried on but because it wasn’t within 14 days they would not accept the return ! I feel 14 days is not enough time for a return especially when it comes to weddings ! Even normal highstreet shops allow atleast a month !

Trotz vor Wochen gemachte Termin Wartezeit von 1,5 Std.... Ansonsten nette Beratung, schicke Kleider. Kaufverpflichtung einer Box inkl (furchtbar pink-buntem) Morgenmantel, Kleidersack und Kleiderbügel für 62 Euro beim Bezahlvorgang für mein Empfinden etwas dreist.

So the place was clean big nice welcoming staff where lovely really helpful and really easy to get on with the only downside is I braught my brismades to pick a dress so therefore try them on but most of the dresses where broke on the zip and all we kept gettin told was where waiting for new stuff it was really embarrassing for me my brismades trying on endless broken dresses and honestly shouldn’t be allowed to happen but everything g else was brilliant really kind welcoming polite people and nice building jis a let down on broken zips

It was lovely at first but we did feel a bit rushed as got told we had to hurry as the manager had said they had more brides to see. As we weren’t in there that long as it had took us quite a while to be seen ourselves.

I found the experience very mixed. I thought the consultant I had was lovely, but not as enthusiastic as the other staff I interacted with. I felt a bit like I was disappointing her by not liking dresses and after trying only three, she seemed reluctant to offer me any more. There was a specific dress I wanted to try on that I wasn't ever brought and no one would tell me why. I still had an okay time, but it wasn't the experience I had hoped for or the experience my friends have had.

Experience in store getting my dress was great. It was then when I wanted to get my veil not so great. Shop didn't have it in then when ordered online they don't deliver to me. Lucky I had family to help but some people don't.

Came in only for a veil. Lady on reception was friendly and welcoming and took my details, the lady who attended to us was professional but not very friendly. Venue itself was not what I was expecting, felt like a warehouse with the scaffolding.

Dresses are lovely but the staff in the Chelmsford store are terrible. So rude and if your face fits they help, we were left to fend for ourselves whilst another bridal party who came in after us were assisted and stayed with. The store was a mess, not enough sizes of the colour available. Unhappy, if it wasn’t for the dresses being nice I would not be going here

I want to start by saying it would be 5 stars for the lovely lady Lucia that helped dress me on the day. She was wonderful, truthful and made me feel so comfortable throughout my appointment. However the rule of 4 dresses only was not only a shock when I turned up to the store but really unreasonable and silly. It was a shock as I had been on live chat a number of times before turning up to the store and not one person advised me if this rule and it’s a pretty big rule that would dictate my day. I also thought unreasonable and silly due to the amount of time I could be trying on accessories, getting back into the old dresses and simply admiring the dresses while they are on. I could spend a ridiculous amount of time doing all that and I could have tried another 4 dresses on in less time! We accepted it on the day as there was no move on the rule, but this needs to be advertised clearly before a bride goes into your store as it dramatically affects the day.

Whilst the lady helping was very patient and helpful, I tried on a dress without an underskirt yet on the receipt was an underskirt which wasn't required for the dress type I had. I was also told the dress came with the dress bag and box, however on my receipt I had been charged for each item. Rather underhanded. That being said, I'm very happy with the dress I chose and it's in good condition despite being off the peg.

Super happy with my dress but the woman who helped me in the shop wasn't always very sweet. She was constantly saying me that she hadn't enough time to help me further. I was maximum an hour and a half in the shop. She woudn't even show me extra accessoires when we specifically asked for them. She said very short to me and my bride team that she had no time for me anymore...

Having been to the Newcastle and Surbiton stores, where I was very impressed, this was not my favourite experience. It was not the fault of the store that there were a number of bridesmaid groups, but it created a busier, less relaxed experience. However, the staff did their best to ensure everyone was served and taken care of in a timely manner. They were also friendly and helpful when approached. The main disappointment for me was the state of some of the sample bridesmaids dresses. Broken zips, frayed edges and missing hook and eyes made trying on different dresses trickier for my bridesmaid made us feel frustrated at times when we couldn’t get a full idea of how the dress fitted. Clearly a popular store but the quality of the bridesmaids dresses needs to be monitored and they should be replaced to ensure people can enjoy trying them on. I am visiting different stores as my bridesmaids live in different areas. It has been a shame to see the price of the dresses increase twice in recent months.

Hele vriendelijke mensen, goeie service. Blijkbaar altijd enorm druk op zaterdag. Toch overwegen om op die dagen net een afspraak te werken om niemand teleur te stellen
