Quite misleading doesn’t state anywhere that you will definitely need a seamstress and that yea it’s off the peg but nothing will actually fit and you won’t be allowed to try on the size you actually are and advised you must get a seamstress when buying anything . I did get the dress I wanted but very misleading with all the additional costs

We are sorry to read your review of your experience at WED2B. We stock size 6-30 UK sizing to allow brides to visit us and try on their size, and take their dream dress home. As they're off the peg, sometimes customisation is required to personalise the straps or length for each bride and we can provide recommended seamstress lists to allow brides to arrange conveniently. Availability of styles will vary across all WED2B stores as they're sold off the peg, every store is different. Iona my sales lady was fab, however the feel of the shop is very cold and unwelcoming. I was informed I had 45 minutes and was only allowed 4 dresses. This immediately made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. I feel allowing the customer to browse and pick would make for a better experience. Also restricting people to 4 dresses is absolutely not good customers service. I feel if they made a few changes then it would be an entirely different and more pleasant experience. I absolutely love my dress so for this I'm delighted.

The girl who helped me pick my dress was lovely. However, when paying for my dress I felt I was not properly informed of the pricing of the items which I bought. I feel it was misleading I thought when they mentioned would you like a dressing gown this was free only to find out when reading the receipt I was charged £20 for this. If I had known this I would not have agreed with this. I feel more transparency is required to ensure the customer is well informed of the pricing.

I think I had a lady named Chelsea (sorry not 100% sure) she was lovely, and attentative and really made the best of the situation. However, I had been waiting to visit your store for some time (it's a travel for me) and when we eventually did, we arrived to be told the only dress shape in the entire store for my size was aline. I understand how wed2b works but how is someone supposed to find the right dress for them in this situation? I basically tried on 5 of the same dress. I ended up purchasing one of them (pressure I had put on myself) but returned it the next day knowing it wasn't the right one. Sadly disappointed with my experience as I expected much more.

You need to start making appointments had to wait 2 hours to be seen, then we was seen by Alison who was lovely. Came back to buy the dress Manager was very abrupt on our arivle had to wait anouther 1.5 hours before we was seen. You have so much to offer, brides do not want to be stressed before they start, waiting 2 hours is stress, you did appointments in covid why not now, offer a coffie whilst you wait, make the experience special.

I was shown three dresses, lady was reluctant to let me try on any others as they apparently weren’t the style liked, despite me not having tried them on. The dresses I tried weren’t tightened up properly at the back giving me a really bad shape, so I ended up with a dress that was the best out of the bad bunch picked out. I cried all the way home knowing I didn’t like this dress, but thought it was the only one that was ‘suitable’ for my body type. Going to the Cardiff store next week to exchange it. Really gutted that this was my first experience dress shopping. The ladies were nice, but I think may have lacked in experience in understanding what the bride needs/wants.

The experience at the start was really good and the lady assisting me was so helpful until when it came to pay. I was just given a figure I had to pay, no breakdown of what I’m paying for or even how much my dress alone cost. She asked us to sit at around the corner so we didn’t see what was packaged- I can’t help but think this was intentional. Once I got home and looked in the box I found out I was charged for a ‘robe’ which was a pair of pyjamas (wrong size as well), a hanger, extra bags for storage and the underskirt. I ended up returning these items the next day and having a refund of around £150. It put a bit of a downer on the whole experience, which was a shame as this should have been a special day. In future I think you should be explained to, what you are paying for as this just seems to be a money making scheme.

Good service in store but was not impressed after having driven a 3 hour round trip to get an underskirt, they hadn't put the hoop wire with it! So had to do a make shift one as no time now.

Not great. Had a better service at Bromley much more attentive and helpful than at Baker Street. Seeking a refund for items charged for which were not discussed like hanger, bag, box these should all be part of the price when buying a dress. I was just told to take a seat and the items were packaged without asking my opinion or any prices being discussed. Really annoyed. I didn't check my receipt until I got home yesterday. Not the service I expected. The staff seemed ok and welcoming but expected better.

Ich fand die Auswahl leider sehr wenig. Es gibt wohl Lieferschwierigkeiten. Die Beratung war ganz gut, ich hatte es mir aber etwas anders vorgestellt. Das man sich erst einmal hinsetzt und bespricht, was man genau sucht. Die Kleider vielen klein aus, was einem als Braut kein gutes Gefühl gibt. Unschlagbar ist der Preis! Ich habe trotz der kleinen Auswahl mein Kleid gefunden und meine Beraterin war sehr nett! Die andere Kollegin hat sich immer mal in die Beratung zum Schluss eingemischt, keine Ahnung warum. Ich hätte es besser gefunden, wenn man die ganze Zeit die gleiche Beraterin hat. Dazu kommt noch, dass die Beraterin zum Schluss versucht hat einen zum Kauf zu überreden, das war sehr unangenehm! Trotz allem bin ich froh, mein Kleid gefunden zu haben! An die erste Beraterin vielen Dank!

As much as I love WED2B (got my Wedding Dress & Bridesmaids' Dresses there) I was sadly disappointed with my purchase. Easy enough to order, came really quickly and was boxed up correctly but one of the products inside was not what I'd ordered (wrong colour) I would've sent it back but my Wedding is in a week's time and I couldn't risk not having anything to give to one of my Bridesmaid's Sorry to moan!

The service at wed2b Bristol, solely with Daniella was fantastic. I visited a few days prior to that and unfortunately cannot say my experience was the same with A different staff member. Daniella was extremely helpful and patient. I was disappointed that it isn’t clear anywhere you have to buy a dress bag and a coat hanger. I asked how my wedding dress would come without the purchasing of a dress bag, and I was told it would come in a plastic carrier bag. I was disappointed to say the least that you charge for something safe to keep your dresses in on purchase. Unfortunately my dress bag was handed to me in a way that you wouldn’t see the filthy black marks up it.

The shop was lovely and quiet when we went which was nice. Nice and airy, lots of room and was clean. I was greeted by a lady who took me through everything (VERY quickly i might add) and i was shown to the dresses. She said to pick out 4 and we can revisit at a later time or she can pick 4 wildcards. However, i was then told when trying on dress 3, that i was only allowed to try on 4 dresses during my time there which i think is absolutely crazy, jow on earth do you expect a women to find her dream dress trying on 4 dresses? The only reason i found a dress is becausei did alot of research before going. I also told the lady specifically what i disliked and liked and she picked 2 dresses i said i wasnt keen on but still made me try them EVEN THOUGH i later learnt i was only allowed to try on 4. The lady herself was lovely. Got very caught up with accessories whilst i said lets just focus on the dress but hey ho. Ive just looked on their website and seen that the lady who helped me picked all of the most expensive items...this is VERY disappointing. She knew my budget so i dont understand why she did it. Absolutely ridiculous and im sad she did. I didnt even get to look at the other items. The entire thing felt very strict.

The employees were lovely but hugely dissapointed that there were no dresses over size 20 when you advertise up to 32 £20 for quick delivery per dress is crazy

Value for money product, however unfortunately the dresses purchased arrived 3weeks later than the original worst case date given. After ringing the store they promised the dresses would be in the following week, but then didn’t arrive for another 2 weeks. This wouldn’t of been a problem if this was communicated to me but unfortunately I was not keep in the loop which I was disappointed with.

I went into the Edinburgh store with a list of dresses I'd found on the website. They only pulled 1 dress from my list but then told me "we think you'd suit these styles" which I thought was a bit odd. They also didn't explain many details of the dresses to me, or clip them so I could see a better fit. I felt like my time was rushed as the store was getting busier and busier. I did not leave with a dress and left feeling disappointed as this was my first experience trying on wedding dresses. The staff were friendly and polite but it felt like a "fast fashion" experience.

My bridal party and I found the shopping experience pleasurable. However we were disappointed at the limited samples of bridesmaid dresses available in the store for trying on and several we found had faulty zips. The appointment highlight was finding my wedding dress with the assistance of the staff who made the experience most memorable. Although we did not purchase the bridesmaid dresses I do recommend WED2B for bridal dresses.

Found my dress but felt the service was a bit disappointing. Arrived as they say no booking but then make you book in anyway for 3 hours time. Then when turn back up its 25minutes waiting with no one giving us any attention. The girl dressing me was lovely but the front worker could have done better. I went to wed2be due to the maternity range they offer online but when I arrive I was told that they no longer do this. I feel that was false advertisement. I then had to buy a plus size dress due to my bump and I found all dresses from size 18 up all looked very similar nothing that stood out which I was disappointed with. Also the volume if dresses for small brides was vast and the plus size dresses were only 1 rail.
