“After changing my mind about the wedding dress I bought last weekend at the wed2b Glasgow forge , I got in touch with customer services and they found me a dress I had seen on the website , I went back to the forge Glasgow store. and Honour couldn’t have been happier to help me and reassure me that this dress was the one for me , nothing was to much trouble for her and she exchange the dress for me and I am now delighted with my dress thanks honour”

“I went into wed2b today and had the most wonderful experience. I went in with my mum, sister, best friend and soon to be mother in law. I had Molly look after me and she was fantastic. She listened to everything I said, was so lovely the first dress she picked out for me ended up being the dress. Molly made my experience so lovely and she engaged with my family talked me through everything. Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous! Thank you so much Molly x Lucy xx”

“I have been to the shop in hinckley today! And would like to say a huge thankyou to Amelia not only did I say YES to the dress but she is amazing and making people feel as ease. She is incredible at what she does and deserves alot of recognition. Would highly recommend anyone who is struggling to find the perfect dress to gp to this shop”

“With my wedding just around the corner and having tried on multiple dresses at several different shops earlier in the day, I had little hope of finding something. Mushy dress brain aside, Lena helped me find the dress of my dreams (Cliche? Yes. Completely true? Also yes.) I'd pictured signing my wedding certificate in a specific silhouette and nothing at the other stores fit it. Lena did the thing where she first got a dress that kinda fit, then the perfect one on dress number 2. It was exactly right. I'm still blown away. Shout out to the whole staff, really. At check out, Maria made me feel incredibly special. I just felt so lucky to have had this experience with these wonderful people. 10/10 coming back for my vow-renewal dress in 20 years!”

“I went to the Newquay store to get my dress and I had the nicest lady help me, her name was marnie and she was great. I felt so comfortable and she made me feel beautiful. Getting a dress from wed2b is so easy and makes wedding planning that little bit easier and all of the wedding dresses were absolutely stunning.”

“I visited the Liverpool store and was welcomed in by Amber. We talked through wanted I wanted in my wedding dress. Amber was soo patient with me, she really took the time to accommodate. Amber suggested a wild card dress and it turns out that was my perfect dream dress! Amber is very knowledgeable, please do not hesitate in visiting this store. Thank you to Amber and all the girls, you were all extremely helpful and made my wedding dress try on experience soo stress free!”

“My first time trying on wedding dresses and I walked away with the second dress I tried on! The staff at the Liverpool store were fabulous, from a lovely warm welcome on reception to my kind and patient consultant Donna. Despite the one I had seen and liked online not being available, I was given 5-6 similar styles dresses to try (all beautiful!). I did not feel rushed and was impressed by the size and quality of the changing rooms and seating. Good prices and would highly recommend - thank you!”

“I visited the Leeds store yesterday and was assisted by Carla. The whole day was nothing short of perfect, she knew exactly what I was invisioning and she picked the perfect dress! I felt listened to and she made the whole experience very comfortable and fun! I tried multiple dresses and she styled them in different ways which was so nice to see them with different veils. I said yes to the dress and I would recommend to anyone to visit here, the atmosphere is great and you are treat with kindness and respect everything you'd expect picking your dream wedding dress! Thank you again Carla you made my choice so easy and I'll always remember that day as part of my wedding experience! X”

“The best experience!! My consultant today was Tilly at the Chelmsford store & I couldn’t be happier, she was super kind, patient & just made me feel amazing, thank you Tilly! All of the staff I encountered today (17/07/26) were amazing & extremely welcoming so thank you for making what I thought would be a daunting experience turned out to be wonderful! “I visited Wed2B Edinburgh this week and had such a great experience!! Andrea was super welcoming and instantly put me at ease, she really chatted through the process of the appointment with me and together with the help of my bridal party we worked out exactly what I was looking for! I ended up with the most perfect dress and Andrea even showed/explained how I could customise the dress to make it feel even more like me!!
