Amazing team who helped me choose a amazing dress. But was very disappointed in the lack of dresses available. Only a small number of dresses styles in certain sizes. And also dresses advertised in the website where bit available in store.

Mir wurde der Laden von einer Freundin empfohlen. Was ich schade fand war, das man zwar nach seinen Wünschen gefragt wird, aber die Braut zum Beispiel bei der ersten Runde nicht zum Kleider gucken mitgenommen wird. Ich finde so kann der/die Berater gleich viel besser einen Einblick in den Geschmack der Braut bekommen, um eine bessere Beratung ermöglichen zu können. Auf die Aussage von meinen Begleitern, dass sie ein Kleid gesehen haben, welches mir gefallen könnte, wurde erst nach mehrmaligen sagen eingegangen. Die Kleider aus der Beratung waren nicht schlecht, trafen aber nicht so ganz meinen Geschmack. Am Ende ist es das Kleid geworden, welches meine Begleiter gesehen hatten.

Ganz so professionell wie im Brautmodenladen, wie man es kennt, ist es leider nicht. Die Beraterin war toll, aber es hatte der Flair und das Drumherum gefehlt. Wer was erwartet ist hier nicht ganz richtig. Alle Kleider sind nicht vorrätig und ebenso nicht alle Größen. Des Weiteren kann man Kleider nicht von Filiale zu Filiale schicken lassen. Dennoch kann man sein (Traum)Kleid finden. Im nächsten Leben würde ich tatsächlich in einem "richtigen" Brautmodenladen gehen.

The dress experience was special and I came away with the dress I wanted BUT make sure you check your receipt before leaving the store as I had two items on my receipt that had been put in a sealed envelope, that I hadn't asked for, or been shown, that I had ended up paying for and when I contacted Wed2be about it I was then expected to return the items to store, at MY inconvenience. They are trying to upsell towards the end of the dress experience which put me off too. Most people have a budget, things cost so much these days, if we want it we will ask for it!

I came today after trying on dress for a plus size lady in another boutique and I was so crushed; I came with very little doubt, and left feeling positive I knew what did and didn’t fit me and what I did and didn’t like; My consultant was lovely friendly and welcoming; Sadly I didn’t commit to a dress but can’t wait to come back with my full bridal party to finally commit to a dress

I went to Wed2be in Northampton. My assistant was Rebecca, and genuinely she was so helpful and accommodating. Very friendly with myself and 5 bridesmaids. She was also very patient as I went through a few dresses! She also helped with the bridesmaid dresses. We were there for about 3hrs, and not once were we made to feel like we'd outstayed our welcome. The reason I've given 3 stars is more for the stock. There wasn't as much there as the website led me to believe. Also, you can't actually look yourself. You are asked what you like and don't like, and they are then brought out to you. There's not sizes in every style. It would also of been nice if there was a water dispenser. But other than that, all the staff were lovely, and I can't recommend Rebecca from the Northampton store enough.

I bought my wedding dress at the Surbiton Wed2b store. The dresses were gorgeous and reasonably priced. However, I was disappointed after staff advised I purchase an unnecessary £100 wunderskirt. Staff also didn't inform me of the fact that items cannot be returned and refunded, only exchanged for other items. Although I'm happy with my dress, I really recommend they make this policy more clear as I was led to spend money on something I don't need with no option to return it. Also they don't exchange or refund the gown bags.

Recently visited WED2B - I purchased the dress I wanted, however, took a while to get to that. The whole experience wasn’t how I had imagined it would be. We waited around 1.5 hours to be seen without no communication/apology on the wait and no offer of refreshments while we waited. When eventually seen, I showed the advisor pictures from website of a few dresses I had seen, initially was given 1 of these to try which was 2 sizes bigger than my size so looked horrendous. I was then given a few other dresses to try which were the complete opposite to what I had shown and of the look I was going for. I was willing to try these, however, I commented a few times that the style wasn’t me and was unflattering and quite embarrassing really as I could see other people trying on dresses that were more my style and would be more flattering for me. Advisor at one point said she was showing me a dress “that was HER favourite”. I referred again to the dresses I had shown earlier that I liked and asked if there was any of these or similar but was then told that sometimes they have dresses on site but never in the stores and probably don’t have them. She eventually said she would check so went away before coming back saying she had found one of the dresses I wanted in my size which was the dress I chose in the end and more suited to my figure. I feel it would of made sense to take note of the dresses I liked initially and checked their stock to see if they had them before giving me a bunch of dresses that were totally not suited to me and to be honest made me feel not good about myself. Glad I did find the dress for me in the end but the experience was disappointing.

Came here to try on dresses and find the style etc I was after, if I found ‘THE ONE’ then great. Had to wait well over an hour to be told we could go elsewhere but if we were called prior to this we would lose the slot… hour and half before we were seen, had lost the will by this point, had no dresses there that I wanted to try on that I saw online. Quite pushy and tried to just ‘sell you’ whatever dress. Left very disappointed and definitely did not return.

Tanya was great in helping me find the dress. There were things that let the process down - it was freezing in the unit. You don't allow appointments and then you just have to wait to be seen which was over an hour. Once seen it felt a bit rushed and I was told I could only try on 3 dresses. Luckily, I knew what I was looking and despite you only stocking perhaps 1 of each dress and not in each size, I managed to get a dress.

The service at Wed2b Bristol was very good. Kim was really friendly & very helpful. The dress she helped my daughter pick out was beautiful & just what my daughter was looking for. That’s why I’ve put 3 stars on my review. However, our experience was soured by extra charges that we were not expecting. We were not made aware of the £29.99 extra charge for the storage box, 2 x large dress bags (one for the dress & one for the underskirt) £24, 2 x bride hangers £11.98. This totalled £60.88. Then there was an added extra for a bride robe £19.99, 3 x hair scrunchies £5.99, a bride pin £2.99 & something blue charm £3.99, totalling £31.96. We weren’t even aware these items were in the storage box until we got home & looked through the receipt then checked underneath the bridal gown in the box. I just want to make customers aware of all charges as I’m sure many would budget for the dress without expecting these added extras. I did phone Wed2b Bristol before writing this review to complain about the extra charges that we weren’t made aware of. The response I had was that everyone is made aware of the extra charges & are given the option to purchase the bride robe & accessories. WE DEFINITELY WERE NOT MADE AWARE. I’d have accepted the charges for the box & dress bag, but I would have declined the other ‘extras’. We have been given the option to return items, but that’s not the point. So please bear this in mind if you choose to buy your wedding dress from any Wed2b shop.

The girl who served us today wasn’t quite there with picking up on what I was saying. The first two dresses i instantly came up in a reaction, red irritation/rash on my back from the straps, to which she then replied “oh but you look stunning” and then asked me what I would give it out of 10?! Which I know she was trying to get a feel of what I liked but obviously if I’m having a reaction it’s not those dresses is it. I told her exactly what I wanted and she proceeded to bring me dresses which weren’t that. The dress I bought today is beautiful, but thats because my friend and sister found it for me not your member of staff. I think customers should be able to walk round and choose maybe 5 dresses which they like and then go from there. And the member of staff should actually listen and pick up on body language and very clear facial expressions to what the customer is saying or showing. I’m very happy with the dress I have chosen, I’ll be having alterations made to how I want it, but again maybe the staff should have some knowledge of this as well because I had to message several Seemstress’ before I purchased the dress to make sure this was possible. Luckily it is. Overall I’m happy with the dress I have chosen but I found the staff frustrating.

Waiting time at the shop was very long and we were not offered anything but a glass of water. The say yes to the dress setup is definitely not my thing, but I guess plenty of people enjoy it. I did find my dress though.

I gave this review because while going back to try on a dress I liked in the Dublin store, the manager had put pressure on the sales assistant to get me to pick that dress and not try on other options. Which I felt was totally wrong as finding the right dress can be challenging at time and then when I had finally selected the dress i wanted, I was told to come to get it whenever I could before two weeks as they had to fix some bits on the dress. When I went after I week, the dress wasn’t even fixed they had to do it while I was in the shop even though I was informed it would be ready when I was collecting it. Other than this they have lovely dresses and affordable prices.

I had a lovely time on the day of picking my dress but when I went for my dress fitting in my area 2 weeks later I found I had been given the wrong tiara! So rang customer services to be told I was lucky I was still in the 14 day exchange so I could swap it for the one I had actually picked! So had to make a return trip which is a good 40 mins each way. Also noticed I had been charged £50 for a large box with only a small vail in and a tiara so thought that a bit of a rip off!
