“I was really anxious about trying dresses on. wed2b was the first place I visited having never tried a wedding dress on. I have ADHD and struggle with clothing sensitivity, as well as becoming quickly overwhelmed. Amber at the Swindon branch was absolutely incredible - as soon as we walked in she made me feel relaxed and calm. Her knowledge and expertise shone through at every moment. She took time to understand me, and I felt able to share my anxieties with her. She was patient and compassionate as well as showing genuine joy when I said “yes to the dress”. I visited with my Mum and best friend and they both spoke of Amber as positively as I have. I left elated and cannot wait to walk down the aisle in a dress that reflects my personality and makes me feel super confident! On behalf of all of us, thank you Amber for the perfect experience.”

“An Absolutely Exceptional Experience with Jasmine! We visited Wed2B in Baker Street for my sister’s very first wedding dress appointment, and we were genuinely blown away by how wonderful Jasmine was. From the moment we arrived, she made the whole experience feel warm, relaxed, and truly special. Jasmine was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring throughout. It honestly felt like we were shopping with a good friend rather than a sales assistant. She took the time to really understand what my sister liked (and didn’t!), and her experience and eye for what suited her was spot on every single time. She created such a lovely atmosphere — calm, supportive, and so genuine — which made the entire experience unforgettable. We left feeling excited, confident, and so grateful for her guidance. Jasmine was just fabulous in every way, and we cannot thank her enough for making my sister’s first dress try-on such a beautiful memory. Thank you so much, Jasmine — you’re a true gem! “My experience at Wed2B Middlesbrough was far more special than I expected, and that’s entirely thanks to Laura. From the moment I walked in, She was warm, friendly, and wonderfully chatty that all my nerves melted away! Laura didn’t have much to go off as I hadn’t tried a single dress on and had no idea what I wanted. Laura was incredible at picking a few select dresses she thought would suit me and the very first dress she chose ended up being THE ONE. We did try a few more dresses but we both knew none would compare! The whole experience felt relaxed and enjoyable, even the changing room part which I felt might have been a little daunting! Today I left with my dress and everything else I didn’t think of getting right now. I’m looking forward to coming back for bridesmaid and flower girl dresses. I’d highly recommend Wed2B, especially with someone as wonderful and lovely as Laura helping you ♥️”

“We were welcomed on arrival and taken round to the seating area. Sally was with us in minutes and went through with the bride to be what she liked. She had seen a dress online this morning, Sally went to look to see if she could find something similar. She found the dress as it was delivered this morning. She tried that dress on and it was perfect. She selected veils, hair accessories. Went through everything with us as a group to ensure the bride had everything she needed. The experience was amazing!”

“Marta was amazing great experience which resulted in choosing the one. She listened to what I liked and found exact matches which I loved. She also threw in a wild card and I'm glad she did as I hadn't thought of that particular style, tried the 2nd option in that style and loved it. Great value for money too with all the accessories included 👌”

“I came in today looking for a wedding dress. Jasmine really took time to understand what I wanted in a dress and made the whole experience feel calm and not rushed. I ended up trying on three dresses but said yes to the said one. Absolutely wonderful experience, highly recommend.”

“We were apprehensive on what the experience would be. Given it is a chain store and off the rack. But Mary was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole experience wonderful. She was patient and brought us different styles to try. There was no hurry and no pressure. Thank you ! We found the dress !”

“Millie was so patient with me! I even came back a second time to exchange my dress, and she was incredibly accommodating, friendly, funny, and professional. She made me feel completely comfortable, really listened to how I felt, and helped me find the perfect dress — one I instantly fell in love with. Maria was also wonderfully patient and made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you both for your amazing service! I would highly recommend.”

“Was rather overwhelmed with information when I first walked in as I had no idea at all as to what I was looking for after an initial look around Kate then took me to try on some of the dresses and made me feel totally comfortable (I am not the most confident of people) she did a brilliant job of putting me at ease helped me with the dresses and deciding what I did and didn’t like about certain styles and which aspects of the dresses I particularly wanted to keep between us we came up with my dream dress and I walked away a very happy lady! 🥰 Thank you Kate for all your time and patience and making me feel like it was all about me without putting any pressure on me whatsoever to purchase Big shout out to the other ladies there to who were equally as kind and very complimentary thank you ladies 🩷”
