“Visited the Gateshead store yesterday with no idea what I wanted in a dress, had never tried one on. Was quite nervous and unsure, but the warm welcome we received by bex and no pressure into trying any on if I didn’t want to. I found 2 that I liked and tried them, Kate was very helpful in getting to know what I loved about them and didn’t like, she then came back with one to try which I was unsure about but gave it a go and liked it. Very helpful and instantly made me feel comfortable. Loved them but wanted to come back with my mam to try the top two again and see their opinions. Even though the shop was closing soon there was never any rush or hurry to go home. But I decided to come back in the morning as I saw another 3 that I wanted to try. So arrived this morning to a warm welcome from the staff, and staff approached me straight away informing who was looking after me today, which was Holly. Again made me feel comfortable and listened to what I liked and didn’t. We tried a few different styles that I saw yesterday and a few sought out by holly.. she came back with something I wasn’t originally looking for but when I tried it on.. what a surprise total game changer. Absolutely loved it took it off to compare original choices and went back to the surprise holly had bought for me to try and still loved it. Tried some veils and accessories. No rush from the staff and they all came to see how I was getting on and how I felt about the dresses. It was so nice to have this, they all get involved and are just as excited about the dresses, choices and how you feel in them. So I said yes to the dress! Absolutely love it, Not only did they make it such a enjoyable experience they also found the most perfect flower girl dress for my little girl and all came to see when she tried it on.. such a lovely bunch of staff who clearly love what they do! Can’t thank them enough I now have a dress that I love and feel comfortable in. Thank you so much! I can’t wait to wear my beautiful dress.”

“Had a really lovely experience with yourselfs and found my dream dress. All thanks to Karen, she was great. Took everything i liked and literally found the perfect dress for me so fast. I have been so indecisive about every dress for months. But with her help found it in no time. So so happy 😊 thanks so much.”

“Terrible service . Had many WhatsApp chats with them where they said they are a WALK IN and even though it could get busy there will be time to be seen. I arrived around 3pm on a Saturday. Told it was completely booked as people come in early and log there name in the system to come back later. Was never told this ? Came from far and honestly they should make clear it’s a first come first serve not really a walk in service as there that there isnt a guarantee to be seen. Wouldn’t bother”

“Honestly couldn't recommend this company enough. I went in full of anxiety and nerves. I'm not a girly girl, I had absolutely no idea of what I wanted or what would suit me. Just seeing all those dresses on the rails spun my head, and that was without even looking at them. But Shannon was amazing. From the second she greeted us, she made me feel calm. She reassured me every step of the way, offered her expert advice and support and found me my perfect dress. I honestly cannot thank her enough. She's made this very nervous and anxious bride feel so confident that I now cannot wait to put this dress back on and flaunt it, in all its glory on my wedding day. I fear I may never take it off after. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart. 💜”

“We visited on a walk in app & although the girls were run off their feet they gave our bride such great attention and were amazing at suggesting different styles to try. Brilliant experience, special shout-out to Ann who made sure our bride Orla had everything just right! She said yes to the dress & staff stayed past closing to make sure we had everything needed. Couldn’t recommend enough!”

“Ruby at Wed2B Chelmsford was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made the whole experience so special, relaxed, and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect dress. “Op vrijdag 30 januari zijn we mijn dochter Shelsey haar trouwjurk gaan kiezen ,wat zijn we daar warm onthaald allemaal heel vriendelijk .We zijn geholpen door ANITA om haar jurk uit te kiezen. Fantastische vrouw doet haar job met veel liefde en weet van aanpakken wat en hoe .alvast bedankt voor de goede service spring zeker nog eens binnen als ik in de buurt ben ❤️”

“I visited the Wed2B store in Kirkstall, Leeds today and had the most amazing experience, all thanks to Imogen. I found my dream dress, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Imogen took the time to ask questions, really listened to what I wanted, and selected the most beautiful dresses for me to try. She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the whole appointment. My mum and sister also commented on how lovely she was, and we were all so grateful to have her helping us. “On Monday I said yes to the Dress at Wed2B Kirkstall Leeds. Tilly was absolutely amazing, for someone who is very introvert and self conscious she instantly made me feel at ease and absolutely nailed it on the first dress I tried after she asked me what sort of things I'm looking for in a dress. We also tried different styles of dresses but when I chose the first one she made suggestions which complimented me and the dress and finished the whole look! The whole experience was incredible. Tilly was so professional and so lovely, she made everything feel so easy and natural. I couldn't recommend her more and I am so grateful for all of her help! If you visit Kirkstall Wed2B please ask for Tilly's help, you won't be disappointed!”

“The whole experience was really positive. You feel welcomed, not judged and not pressured or rushed. This is all amazing, and for this reason i woud recommend. However - I didnt feel like my body shape was taken into account by the assistant...which i felt should have been mandatory. There needs to be a compromise of what the customer wants vs what will enhance their figure - unless that customer is so blinkered they only want what they want and dont care about aesthetics! I felt like they carry a lot of gorgeous dresses but they didnt suit my petite measurements. Sleeves / bodice sizes. Just not well fitting dresses”
