“I was really anxious about trying dresses on. wed2b was the first place I visited having never tried a wedding dress on. I have ADHD and struggle with clothing sensitivity, as well as becoming quickly overwhelmed. Amber at the Swindon branch was absolutely incredible - as soon as we walked in she made me feel relaxed and calm. Her knowledge and expertise shone through at every moment. She took time to understand me, and I felt able to share my anxieties with her. She was patient and compassionate as well as showing genuine joy when I said “yes to the dress”. I visited with my Mum and best friend and they both spoke of Amber as positively as I have. I left elated and cannot wait to walk down the aisle in a dress that reflects my personality and makes me feel super confident! On behalf of all of us, thank you Amber for the perfect experience.”

“Absolutely loved my experience at Wed2b Stoke. Maddie was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable - I honestly felt like I was just shopping with another friend in my entourage!! I really couldn’t fault her at all. I’d seen a lot online about pushy sales techniques but didn’t feel pressured at any point. The dress selection in store was huge and could’ve been really overwhelming but she really listened to what I wanted and took any potential stress out of the experience by finding my dream dress almost immediately!! And compared to other stores I’ve researched, the prices felt really reasonable and affordable. Would definitely recommend any bride to be to have a look in Wed2Be Stoke. Thank you Maddie ❤️”

“First shop visited, and we could not have felt more welcome. Maddie took the time to get to know Anna our beautiful bride to be, asking relevant questions that clearly resulted in her finding a fabulous selection of 4 dresses. No rush, warm and friendly, no pressure, just the space and unconditional sharing of knowledge that made you feel you were in the right place. She walked out with the dress of her dreams. “We got my daughters wedding dress yesterday at your Southampton branch. The experience was everything we could have hoped for and more. Riley was wonderful and helped Jess with a number of dresses and then found her the one she had been looking for. “I had the best experience with Sara from the Surbiton branch today! She sat down with me, asked me questions about my wedding, what kind of dresses I thought I’d like to try, and listened to everything I said. I was nervous to go as I’d never tried on any dresses before, but the whole experience made me feel at ease and comfortable. “I don’t know how they did it. I said yes to the 3rd ever dress I tried on. Zoe was so patient with me! We tried on two ball gowns because that’s the style I thought I wanted. She saw I wasn’t happy and she said that she will pull me a wild card. Zoe pulled out a fitted beautiful elegant dress and I cried!! Thank you so much, you was so professional and so lovely. Even Vanessa was so helpful too! I would 100000% recommend this store to everybody. Thank you so much for helping me find my dress”

“Ik was zeer teleurgesteld over de manier van werken. We komen aan de kassa en kregen een kapstok,kimono en doos er zogezegd bij en als ik naar de rekening keek hebben ze er 100€ bijgerekend daarvoor zonder ons in te lichten over de prijs. Dat vind ik de mensen bedriegen. En de Gerante gaf dan nog de schuld aan de verkoopster. Dat meidje kon niets zeggen want de gerante praate constant. Schande ik voelde mij echt niet goed ervan. EN DE KIMONO WAS DAN NOG NIET BEDRUKT OMDAT ZE GEEN MEER HAD DIE BEDRUKT WAS.!!!”
