“Visited the Gateshead store yesterday with no idea what I wanted in a dress, had never tried one on. Was quite nervous and unsure, but the warm welcome we received by bex and no pressure into trying any on if I didn’t want to. I found 2 that I liked and tried them, Kate was very helpful in getting to know what I loved about them and didn’t like, she then came back with one to try which I was unsure about but gave it a go and liked it. Very helpful and instantly made me feel comfortable. Loved them but wanted to come back with my mam to try the top two again and see their opinions. Even though the shop was closing soon there was never any rush or hurry to go home. But I decided to come back in the morning as I saw another 3 that I wanted to try. So arrived this morning to a warm welcome from the staff, and staff approached me straight away informing who was looking after me today, which was Holly. Again made me feel comfortable and listened to what I liked and didn’t. We tried a few different styles that I saw yesterday and a few sought out by holly.. she came back with something I wasn’t originally looking for but when I tried it on.. what a surprise total game changer. Absolutely loved it took it off to compare original choices and went back to the surprise holly had bought for me to try and still loved it. Tried some veils and accessories. No rush from the staff and they all came to see how I was getting on and how I felt about the dresses. It was so nice to have this, they all get involved and are just as excited about the dresses, choices and how you feel in them. So I said yes to the dress! Absolutely love it, Not only did they make it such a enjoyable experience they also found the most perfect flower girl dress for my little girl and all came to see when she tried it on.. such a lovely bunch of staff who clearly love what they do! Can’t thank them enough I now have a dress that I love and feel comfortable in. Thank you so much! I can’t wait to wear my beautiful dress.”

“I visited Wed2B in Glasgow on 29th August 2026. I had no expectation to find the one on this day, as my wedding isn’t until 2028. However I ended up leaving with my dream dress. Rebecca was my dress consultant and she was absolutely fantastic. She attentively listened to everything I was saying and I really appreciated all of her advice, she got me out of my comfort zone and made my day so special! The minute I tried on my dress I genuinely felt like I was glowing. I didn’t feel pressured at all by any of the staff in there, it just all fell into place so easily! A perfect day!”

“We had about an hour's wait for trying on dresses as the store was unusually busy, however Jenny was absolutely amazing, listened to all my concerns and found me an absolutely stunning dress. I was a lot more confident on leaving the shop and looking forward to my wedding a lot more :)”

“What can I say Gorja who looked after us was unbelievable she just knew what would look right and had lots of ideas. The experience of going in and trying dresses on was daunting but Gorja just made me feel comfortable and such an amazing experience. Thank you to her I’ve found my dress and I couldn’t be more excited for my wedding day now. The whole environment team are just wonderful. Would recommend everyone to go and find a dress a wed2be not only for the high quality dresses but the whole experience”

“Had an amazing experience at the Wed2b Birmingham Central store! I’d almost given up hope of finding a dress I loved, but that changed here. I tried on a dress that was about 50% there, and Jenni styled it in a way I never would have imagined, turning it into THE dress. So glad I walked in that day. Huge thanks to Jenni! ❤️”

“Visited the Manchester store today and had Isabella as our assistant. She was fabulous! The first two dresses she picked for me were perfect, but she also had me explore other options to make sure I was certain. I ended up saying yes to the second dress! Plus the price was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend.”

“⭐ 1 Star – Extremely disappointing experience with WED2B I genuinely regret purchasing my wedding dress from WED2B. What should have been an exciting and memorable experience was instead incredibly stressful and disappointing from start to finish. Firstly, the face coverings provided for trying on the dresses were visibly dirty, which was extremely unpleasant and completely unacceptable when trying on wedding dresses. WED2B also doesn’t take appointments, and we ended up waiting around two hours before we were seen. When I finally got the opportunity to try dresses on, none were available in my size. I was simply told to try on whatever size was available because the dress could be altered anyway. What was not explained clearly at the time was that alterations are carried out by a third party and can cost an enormous amount — in my case, I was looking at around £500–£600 for alterations, which is a huge additional expense and potentially as much as the cost of the dress itself. I feel this should have been made clear before purchasing. Unfortunately, things got even worse. I purchased a headpiece at the same time and was charged for it, but when I got home I discovered it had not been put in my bag. I returned to the store, expecting this to be resolved fairly simply. Instead, I was referred to the customer care team. It then took a week to receive a response, and I was told that internal stock checks had been carried out and, because they supposedly showed nothing missing, WED2B refused to provide either a refund or a replacement. I raised the complaint further, hoping someone would actually take ownership of the situation, but I was essentially fobbed off again and told to contact Citizens Advice. The whole way this situation has been handled has been incredibly disappointing. I paid for an item that I did not receive, yet instead of trying to resolve the issue with me as a customer, WED2B relied on their internal stock checks and effectively left me to deal with the problem myself. Buying your wedding dress is supposed to be such a special and exciting experience. Sadly, my experience with WED2B has done the complete opposite. From the poor hygiene, extremely long wait, lack of suitable sizing, unexpected alteration costs, and the way my missing paid-for headpiece complaint was handled, I have been left feeling completely let down. I would not recommend WED2B based on my experience, and I deeply regret buying my wedding dress from them. What should have been an exciting part of preparing for my wedding has instead been a source of stress and disappointment.”

“I visited the Edinburgh Ocean Terminal store and would definitely recommend other brides visit there! For my first visit there, Katy (who was great!) helped me try on dresses, but the stock was a little limited so there wasn't too much in my size and to my taste. I then went back again 2 weeks later and Milly was there to help me find my dress! I'd say if you're going into the Wed2b stores to look for dresses, try not to look tooo much at the styles online as the stores have a limited selection and they're in random sizes, so there's no way to know what will be in your store. I went in with a list of 7 dresses from the site and only 1 was there in my size! Just head in and see what's there on the day. Also trust the judgement of the assistants - Milly suggested a dress for me that I wouldn't have picked myself (it wasn't in my list of 7!) but that ended up being my dress! The team clearly know the dresses SO well and it makes the process really easy. Big thank you to Milly and the lovely store manager (who's name I forgot to ask, but i hope your ankle heals up quick!) who helped me :)”

“After walking into the southampton store with no plans of actually buying. Just getting a feel for what I liked, the fantastic Amiee put my in the sofie blush and I fell instantly in love. Everybody in the store was very welcoming and I was shown a great variety of dress styles. Would 100% recommend”

“I had the best experience wedding dress shopping here at web2be, they made me feel at ease straight away, very welcoming. I explained I had no idea on what it was I wanted. After a chat we had an idea of things I liked. Holly from metrocentre just knew exactly the sort of style that suited me well. She had a better idea than I did. Dress number 5 was the show stopper perfect in every way. I loved it.. few days later I went to collect it, they let me try it on again to make sure it was definitely the one. And it was. Couldn’t fault the experience at all. Highly recommend visiting”

“I had such a lovely experience finding my wedding dress at Charing Cross Glasgow store, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! 🤍 Megan was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She immediately understood what I was looking for and somehow just knew which styles I would love and what would suit me. She was so helpful without ever being pushy, and I never once felt pressured to make a decision or commit. She also helped me rule out different styles that I wasn’t sure about, which made the whole experience so much easier and actually really enjoyable. I felt completely comfortable, listened to and supported throughout. “I purchased my dress here yesterday! The dress was absolutely stunning however I did feel disappointed with the service I felt very rushed and pushed to buy the dress, I even asked to try on a separate dresses a few the following day after reserving and she said they weren't available however I saw them in store in my size. It felt like she just wanted me to buy that dress. I also never got to experience after I brought the dress the sign to take the picture. Very disappointed Lovely dress but terrible experience”
