“Visited the Gateshead store yesterday with no idea what I wanted in a dress, had never tried one on. Was quite nervous and unsure, but the warm welcome we received by bex and no pressure into trying any on if I didn’t want to. I found 2 that I liked and tried them, Kate was very helpful in getting to know what I loved about them and didn’t like, she then came back with one to try which I was unsure about but gave it a go and liked it. Very helpful and instantly made me feel comfortable. Loved them but wanted to come back with my mam to try the top two again and see their opinions. Even though the shop was closing soon there was never any rush or hurry to go home. But I decided to come back in the morning as I saw another 3 that I wanted to try. So arrived this morning to a warm welcome from the staff, and staff approached me straight away informing who was looking after me today, which was Holly. Again made me feel comfortable and listened to what I liked and didn’t. We tried a few different styles that I saw yesterday and a few sought out by holly.. she came back with something I wasn’t originally looking for but when I tried it on.. what a surprise total game changer. Absolutely loved it took it off to compare original choices and went back to the surprise holly had bought for me to try and still loved it. Tried some veils and accessories. No rush from the staff and they all came to see how I was getting on and how I felt about the dresses. It was so nice to have this, they all get involved and are just as excited about the dresses, choices and how you feel in them. So I said yes to the dress! Absolutely love it, Not only did they make it such a enjoyable experience they also found the most perfect flower girl dress for my little girl and all came to see when she tried it on.. such a lovely bunch of staff who clearly love what they do! Can’t thank them enough I now have a dress that I love and feel comfortable in. Thank you so much! I can’t wait to wear my beautiful dress.”

“I went to the Newquay store to get my dress and I had the nicest lady help me, her name was marnie and she was great. I felt so comfortable and she made me feel beautiful. Getting a dress from wed2b is so easy and makes wedding planning that little bit easier and all of the wedding dresses were absolutely stunning.”

“I visited the Liverpool store and was welcomed in by Amber. We talked through wanted I wanted in my wedding dress. Amber was soo patient with me, she really took the time to accommodate. Amber suggested a wild card dress and it turns out that was my perfect dream dress! Amber is very knowledgeable, please do not hesitate in visiting this store. Thank you to Amber and all the girls, you were all extremely helpful and made my wedding dress try on experience soo stress free!”

“My first time trying on wedding dresses and I walked away with the second dress I tried on! The staff at the Liverpool store were fabulous, from a lovely warm welcome on reception to my kind and patient consultant Donna. Despite the one I had seen and liked online not being available, I was given 5-6 similar styles dresses to try (all beautiful!). I did not feel rushed and was impressed by the size and quality of the changing rooms and seating. Good prices and would highly recommend - thank you!”

“I visited the Leeds store yesterday and was assisted by Carla. The whole day was nothing short of perfect, she knew exactly what I was invisioning and she picked the perfect dress! I felt listened to and she made the whole experience very comfortable and fun! I tried multiple dresses and she styled them in different ways which was so nice to see them with different veils. I said yes to the dress and I would recommend to anyone to visit here, the atmosphere is great and you are treat with kindness and respect everything you'd expect picking your dream wedding dress! Thank you again Carla you made my choice so easy and I'll always remember that day as part of my wedding experience! X”

“I visited Wed2B Edinburgh this week and had such a great experience!! Andrea was super welcoming and instantly put me at ease, she really chatted through the process of the appointment with me and together with the help of my bridal party we worked out exactly what I was looking for! I ended up with the most perfect dress and Andrea even showed/explained how I could customise the dress to make it feel even more like me!! “I went into the shop in drumcodra with my friend and sister and had amy who wasnt at all helpful asked for dress to try on and was brought different ones and had other brides aswell amd everuthing wasnt in my size when o asked im 14 and when trying on dress it was all that doesnt fit can you suck om ams again it was my first shop and it has turned me off complete my sister said it to the other girls at the desk”

“Wow… where do I even start?! 🤍 As it was my very first time trying on wedding dresses, I was feeling a little nervous walking in. But the moment I met Aaleayah, all those nerves disappeared! She made me feel so relaxed, comfortable, and excited throughout the whole appointment. She was so confident and knowledgeable, and every question I had, she answered with ease. She really listened to what I was looking for and made the whole experience feel so special and memorable. “My experience at Wed2B was the first time I had ever tried on wedding dresses, so I was excited for what I hoped would be a special experience. We were greeted by Summer, who introduced herself and explained how Wed2B works. I mentioned that I had already looked on the website and had identified a few dresses that I particularly liked. However, I was told quite firmly not to make a list. I found this confusing, as I felt it was perfectly natural to have a preference for certain styles before visiting. Ironically, the only dress I truly loved was one that had been on my original list. A separate issue was the lack of stock available in my size. For a store that operates on a “buy off the hanger” basis, I was surprised by how few dresses were available for me to try. This significantly limited my options and may have contributed to the stylist struggling to find dresses that matched what I had described. Throughout the appointment, I didn’t feel that my preferences were really listened to. I explained what I liked and disliked, but many of the dresses Summer brought were very different from what I had asked for. While this may have been due to the limited stock, it was still disappointing. When I finally tried on the one dress I had already identified online, it was in a size that was too large. Summer commented that she didn’t think I would like it and that it would either be “love or hate.” In fact, I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, the dress had a noticeable stain on the front and, because it was more than a size too big, it was difficult to judge the fit properly. My bridal party and I then felt under pressure to purchase that particular dress. Comments such as, “It’s available in your size at other stores, but obviously we’d prefer you to buy it from here,” made the experience feel uncomfortable. I also found it strange that the dress couldn’t be transferred to the Exeter store for me to try on in the correct size at a later date. Once it became clear that I wasn’t going to purchase the dress that day, we all felt that Summer’s attitude changed. She seemed much less interested in helping us with bridesmaid dresses and largely left us to browse on our own. Another point of frustration was the information we were given about other store locations. When we asked, we were told Wed2B has stores in Germany and other countries, yet we weren’t informed until later that there were several UK stores within around 100 miles that may have had the dress in my size. Overall, this was unfortunately a disappointing first experience of wedding dress shopping. While Summer did try to make me feel comfortable, I would have appreciated being able to focus more on the styles I had expressed an interest in from the outset. I appreciate that some of the issues may have been due to limited stock, but I left feeling disappointed both by the selection available and by the overall customer experience.”

“We needed to replace a long veil to replace one that was damaged after cleaning. It was purchased through Wed2b so I looked on their website to order another. Sadly they were no longer available. I rang them and they couldn’t have been more helpful! They located the exact veil at one of their stores and the lady there talked me through payment and how they would courier it (at my cost) to the nearest store to me. 3 days later I had the veil, wedding is in 12days. Wonderful! Thanks to the WHOLE team as you really did go that extra mile for us. Thank you ☺️”

“I was very nervous and excited to be going in and trying to find a dress at my age (59). But Georgia at the Glasgow store was so lovely and instantly made me feel that I belonged there and could be that princess for the day as much as any one else. She had a great eye for what would suit me and what I wanted and very quickly I found the one! It was all very professional but also fun! Web2b have huge stock and some amazing , beautiful dresses. I thought they were priced very fairly too. The fact my daughter and I could just walk in, with no appointment during my visit up to Glasgow was fabulous. And now with everything packed away in nice safe wedding boxes I can return home with my amazing dress...such a relief. Absolutely can't wait to wear it! Thank you Georgia and thank you web2b.”

She really listened to how I was feeling, took the time to look at photos of my venue, and asked what I liked and disliked about my original dress. I never felt rushed or pressured, just understood. “Jorjia (I hope we have got it right) at the Bolton store was absolutely amazing. I am a super self conscious individual. Being a bigger girl, with big boobs really made me nervous that there really wouldn’t be anything for me to try.
