“Visited the Gateshead store yesterday with no idea what I wanted in a dress, had never tried one on. Was quite nervous and unsure, but the warm welcome we received by bex and no pressure into trying any on if I didn’t want to. I found 2 that I liked and tried them, Kate was very helpful in getting to know what I loved about them and didn’t like, she then came back with one to try which I was unsure about but gave it a go and liked it. Very helpful and instantly made me feel comfortable. Loved them but wanted to come back with my mam to try the top two again and see their opinions. Even though the shop was closing soon there was never any rush or hurry to go home. But I decided to come back in the morning as I saw another 3 that I wanted to try. So arrived this morning to a warm welcome from the staff, and staff approached me straight away informing who was looking after me today, which was Holly. Again made me feel comfortable and listened to what I liked and didn’t. We tried a few different styles that I saw yesterday and a few sought out by holly.. she came back with something I wasn’t originally looking for but when I tried it on.. what a surprise total game changer. Absolutely loved it took it off to compare original choices and went back to the surprise holly had bought for me to try and still loved it. Tried some veils and accessories. No rush from the staff and they all came to see how I was getting on and how I felt about the dresses. It was so nice to have this, they all get involved and are just as excited about the dresses, choices and how you feel in them. So I said yes to the dress! Absolutely love it, Not only did they make it such a enjoyable experience they also found the most perfect flower girl dress for my little girl and all came to see when she tried it on.. such a lovely bunch of staff who clearly love what they do! Can’t thank them enough I now have a dress that I love and feel comfortable in. Thank you so much! I can’t wait to wear my beautiful dress.”

“Myself , my mum and my bridal party attended the Swindon branch on Monday 2nd March. I had no idea what dress style I wanted so went in completely blind to what may or may not suit me. I had the help on Rhea who I must add was just amazing !! Rhea was so chatty, calming , honest and explained everything as it was happening. We went through around 10 dresses all of which varied in styles all following on from what I found out to be my likes/dislikes in the dresses and styles and how I felt in them . Just when I felt like I wasn't going to find my dream dress Rhea said she has an idea " A little out of the box" she added but i said to go for it as I really had come in to the shop with no expectations on a dress style and was willing to try literally anything. Rhea went off and grabbed the dress unbeknown to me at the moment that in the next few minutes myself , my mum and my bridal party would all be in tears of joy over "THE DRESS" . This dress was almost everything I wasn't sure on in most of the dresses i tried on however this dress fitted me like a glove. There was literally nothing apart from the length that I felt I needed to alter or wanted to change. I found my dress . I cannot thank Rhea enough for her calming ways, excellent skill in the trade and just how she made me feel like a bride on a gloomy Monday morning. Highly recommend. Only downside is where there is no booking option when we arrived at 10.10am we were waiting over an hour to be seen which I must add Rhea was not in work at this time so I'm glad we had to wait. Everything happens for a reason :).”

“I came to Ocean Terminal branch yesterday with family and friends to pick my wedding dress. I was extremely nervous and anxious when i came in the shop. I got shown to a waiting area with my crew and then Andrea came over and introduced herself. I showed Andrea, a vision board of a few favourite dresses from online. She was very punctual and got some dresses that was on my vision board. We went in to try on the wedding dresses. I explained to Andrea I am Autistic and have ADHD so I was extremely nervous and explained about my sensory issues. Andrea was fantastic and offered advice and told me if I needed a break just to let her know. I tried on 3 dresses in total and the 2nd one was the one I took. Andrea listened to my opinions on the dresses and used her expertise to make dress more princess type to the poofiness I wanted. After was the veils and Andrea was fantastic and again got a mix to see what I would prefer. Throughout the whole experience, I came away so happy and delighted I found my dress for my wedding day. The care and support I received in store was fantastic and I was no longer nervous, it was long gone. They met my needs and requirements and listened to me when I made an opinion about the things I wanted. I would definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you”

“I came in on Saturday 28/02. A total blank canvas. A very nervous bride to be. Was greeted by a lovely lass at the door who explained everything it was busy expected on a sat. Given the app and We went for a coffee came back then met Georgia our dress consultant. What a lovely reassuring young lady. Made me feel totally at ease with her confidence building words and enthusiasm to try different styles and changing things around. Making me believe in myself 1st and foremost. I eventually found my perfect dress. BUT nothing was to much trouble. Nothing rushed Nothing was a problem lots of questions on what I liked or disliked. Just truly amazing . Added with a little diamond belt and tried on veils . I also bought the underskirt as I needed it. The packaging is unreal . A bag a box a hanger all and everything you truly needed. Even advice for my dress maker. Which they can also advise on if you dont have contacts. For someone who was shaking like a leaf on the way in I certainly came out smiling and a very different person. All the girls were lovely and helpful but Georgia you were my ultimate favourite because you looked after me 1st class. And all this for a mere £1077..66. Absolutely over the moon cant wait now till july 18th 2026. When I get to show all my family n friends my beautiful dress. Thank you Wed2Be and ur amazing store and staff ❤️ ⅕”

“I went to the Derby store. Was introduced to Theresa. What a fabulous woman. The experience was totally amazing. She was so kind and warm. Asked a few questions then she went and chose some dresses. My maid of honour Jen and I had browsed but she never asked what we had chose, just asked me a few questions. I tried on quite a few. I didnt feel rushed and she listened as i talked through each dress and my likes and dislikes. She was so good I left with the whole outfit! I cannot thank her enough. She was so much fun but very professional and had so much knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend her and the Derby store. The price was perfect too. I couldn't believe it. The only thing left to get is shoes ! Thankyou so much Theresa . We love you xx”

“I visited the Northampton branch two weeks before my wedding because I did not think the dress i had been given suited me. The staff made me feel very welcome I took my sister and daughter with me and got to try on a variety. I fell in love with the first dress I wore and brought it home the same day. I was so stressed and upset thinking I wouldn't find anything but Wed2b had my back. I went for the gorgeous 'Matis'. Everyone knew how anxious I was about my original dress and could see how much more relaxed and excited I was when I had brought this one. I felt exquisite, elegant, beautiful wearing her and I would reccomend you to everyone”

“I visited the shop on Thursday 26th of February. From the moment I walked in to the time I left the service was incredible. Georgie was absolutely amazing and put me at ease even though she had only just started. The Manager overlooked the appointment and they both knew what I wanted without me saying anything. It made my experience so exciting and relaxed that I even said yes to the Dress which is the dress of my dreams. I also had my 2 year old daughter with me and they even made her apart of the experience which is like a fairytale. Even though her dress wasn't in store they advised me how I could get it ordered and it matched my dress. I would like to say a big Thank you to them both. Exiting times ahead.”

“I visited the Hinckley store yesterday and had a lovely experience. Katie was fantastic and very helpful and patient. I tried on a lot of dresses nothing was to much trouble Katie provided me with matching accessories and had some lovely ideas and really listened to what I wanted. So happy I chose my dress after me being so indecisive! My dress was perfectly wrapped up in lovely boxes that I’m able to carry abroad. Thankyou so much Katie.”

“Today I went to wed2be Glasgow with my best friend, both the mother of the bride & mother the groom and myself (maid of honour). I was so nervous, we travelled from Swindon so that Christina’s mum could be with us to choose her dress, we wanted the experience to be perfect for her. All I can say is Rebecca and Michelle exceeded our expectations. My best friend left with the most beautiful wedding dress but more importantly she left feeling so beautiful and on top of the world. Rebecca listened to everything Christina asked for, she hyped her up and made her feel absolutely stunning, the whole experience was phenomenal. I would recommend this store to absolutely anyone! The ladies went above and beyond to help Christina’s vision of the perfect wedding dress come to life. Thankyou so much to Rebecca and Michelle for making the experience incredible for us all and for helping Christina say YES TO THE DRESS🤍”

“What a beautiful bunch of people. Me and my Maid of Honour visited the Birmingham Central branch and just wow. Katie was absolutely amazing with us. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and she just made the experience that much more enjoyable and a whole lot less daunting. She was patient, and so so sweet.”

“I had THE BEST time at the Wednesbury Store finding my dream dress! We were greeted with a warm welcome and then i was assigned to the lovely Noma and boy was i glad because her knowledge of the dresses was amazing! In fact she chose my dream dress, a dress i would never have considered looking at but after asking lots of questions and getting to know myself and details of my wedding she brought me my perfect dress! I tried it on and well that was that, we left the store with it safely boxed up. Noma even matched a piece of fabric similar to my bridesmaid dresses to hold up so i could get a glimpse of what they would like on my day. The dresses are so pretty and modern even for myself being a plus size bride, you won't be disappointed! Even the aftercare was great being sent a list of recommended local seamstresses. I will certainly Thank you Noma for giving me the best experience, making me feel at ease and finding my dream dress!”
