Wij zijn gisteren langsgeweest in jullie winkel te Antwerpen. Eda heeft ons verder geholpen en willen bij deze onze ervaring delen. Zij was zeer vriendelijk, ze nam de tijd voor ons en dit zonder opdringerig te zijn. Je zag dat ze genoot van haar job en dit enthousiasme bracht ze ook naar ons over. Dankjewel voor deze superleuke ervaring Eda!!!

Lovely place, lots of gorgeous options, different styles etc Came as a wedding party, bride, wasn’t able to try on any dresses as there was too many brides ahead of us due to their “no appointment” rule which was such a shame due to travelling an hour to get here so a bit of a let down, should really be an appointment policy so that brides don’t get let down

Very poor experience. We were made to feel the suggested three hour wait was our fault because we hadn’t arrived early enough in the day. This was supposed to be a special occasion but we felt more like we were adding to the stress of the assistant as staff members had not turned up to work that Saturday. We went elsewhere.

We initially went in a previous day to look at BM dresses before we got the girls to come in. We were told by a member of staff that we could get Eden dress in the burnt orange fabric which we loved. Fast forward to today and we brought our 3 bridesmaids in to try the dresses on and order. We were then informed by another member of staff that Eden cant be done in this colour. Very disappointed as we had to go with another style of dress. Staff today very helpful and purchased the 3 dresses

Na een fijn telefoon gesprek met Juliette, manager customer care, kwam er aan ons avontuur toch nog een ontzettend fijn einde ! Juliette heeft er voor gezorgd dat onze dochter uiteindelijk kan trouwen op een manier die zij zo graag wilde. Juliette, dank je wel voor je luisterend oor en de geboden oplossing !

Lovely dresses and easy to order. Not impressed that having spent nearly £800 on bridesmaid dresses that I was then expected to pay £70 in dress bags to bring the dresses home. They wouldn't even give me clear plastic dress bags to get them home. Managed to buy 6 bags on amazon for £3 each. Terrible that a national shop like this thinks its worth getting a bad review over the cost of some plastic bags.

Swindon Megan Megan has been so incredibly helpful taking all our ideas and helping us to find dresses with all the right parts. She was so kind and patient when trying on many diferent dresses in all the styles to find a great comination of features. Thank you so much!

Girls were friendly enough but wait time was ridiculous, we feel that there should be an appointment system in place, particularly on a Saturday and Sunday and some of the dresses were, in our opinion, cheap looking

The shop assistant was friendly, welcoming and gave us her full attention. But I felt a little pressured to buy a dress I wasnt 100% comfortable in. I'm glad I went with my gut and asked to try a smaller size because it fit so much better. In my experience in other bridal shops, the shop assistant never needed to be in the dressing room with me when I was putting dresses on. So I'm not sure why this was the case at wed2be. I felt a little uncomfortable to be undressed in a strangers presence. Also, I was shocked to see many add-ons on the receipt after my mother had already paid. These were things that were made to seem as if they were included in the purchase. I would not have bought them if I was given the choice beforehand. After reading other reviews on trustpilot, I now know that it wasnt just me that has experienced this exact thing which is very dissapointing. I love my dress but I must say the extras on the bill and pressure to buy somthing I clearly wasnt comfortable in put a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that going forward they can can be more transparent with brides, it would make the whole experience so much better!

We had to wait an hour to be seen unfortunately, which I’m unsure why as opening is 9.30 and we didn’t get taken in until 10.30. I didn’t feel like I was being listened to 100% in what I didn’t like and at times felt like I was inconveniencing the assistant. She was polite enough i just got the feeling I was being picky from a few things she said.

I waited 2 and half hours before being seen. Added extra items on my bill I didn't want and still put in a hanger in the bag and charged me. I should of checked but my receipt went straight into a sealed envelope

Incredibly friendly staff. Extremely welcoming. They explain the process and pricing straight away which is helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t have many dresses available in my size or for my colouring. I’m very pale and needed more blush tinted dresses to suit me.

I left feeling elated only to review the receipt and see the cost of the under skirt. £99! That a veil box, bag & hangar had been added. Huge cost of storage boxes which are probably totally unnecessary. So the dresses aren’t really good value as everything they add in make it just like any other bridal shop. All the under skirts, clips, veils etc are on so look there first. On reflection 4 dresses isn’t many to choose from and all the extras added on that I didn’t know about have left a sour taste. Check your basket carefully before paying! They are all sneaked in! And insist on looking at the dresses in the racks! The website isn’t accurate with what they have. Great concept but be careful not to be ripped off with the extras!

When arrived was greeted and told possible 90 min wait. Wasn't checked in, but that was sorted when was my time with the bridal assistant. Found the perfect dress while waiting and was in my size. Felt very pressured into buying the accessories such as underskirt, veil, box , coat hanger and bag, even when telling the bridal assistant I had some of these at home. I was advised Kalarna pay was available, at no point did the assistant mention there is 22% interest on the purchase using Kalarna pay. The lady at the till even said she doesn't advise brides to use. Would of been very embarrassing to get to the till and then not complete the purchase with mislead information. Was lucky I had the funds to pay in full. While at the till the bridal assistant and till assistant both went to the back and could hear them discussing I only wanted the dress (£899) and bag which Is not complimentary. At this point i was ready to leave the dress and shop elsewhere, but my friend reminded me how beautiful the dress was, so once they returned I quickly paid and left.

Upon reflection I feel railroads into making a decision. I wanted to reflect upon my choice and come back but was persuaded to buy it. I've now changed my mind and cannot refund it! Not even a 28 day cool off period

I arrived at the Cardiff (Canton area) store at 11:30am, my name was taken at the desk and added to the list, they asked what my wedding date is and I said we didn't have one yet. I was told there would be a little wait but to take a seat on the sofas. It was really quite cold in the store, apparently they dlcouldnt turn the heating on? An hour passed and I could tell my mum was getting cold and hungry and I too were cold and my blood sugars were dropping so I popped out to get a meal deal quickly incase they were ready for me. No, another hour passed and countless times consultant's had walked passed us. A few other bride to be's had come in after us and already been seen, I assumed they had maybe been in earlier and came back or were here to collect dresses. At this point me and my mum were the only two people in the store, I couldn't even find anyone at the desk to check I was on the appointment list, all the consultants had left for their lunch break or could visibly be seen sat outside with the back door wide open. There was one young consultant (Sam) who reappeared, looking like she was about to leave, clocked me and my mum and said "Hi, you guys have been here for a while, do you have an appointment?". I said, "Yes we've been here for two hours, I think I've been forgotten". She immediately went to check the appointment list, came back, and said "I'm terribly sorry you've waited so long! Your name is definitely on the list and it says no wedding date. So, hi, I'm Sam, I'm going to be your bridal consultant today!". I don't believe this lovely young lady was assigned to me but that I had been completely ignored by other consultants due to not having a wedding date yet, so they assumed they wouldn't make a sale. Sam was due to finish her shift and was meant to go home, but clearly saved everybody else's butt's by staying an extra hour and half to be my bridal consultant for my first ever time trying on wedding dresses! She was so easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable, understood what I was liking and trying to envision, each dress she pulled was better and closer to what I wanted each time! The whole experience was feeling horrible until Sam saved the day and absolutely made my mums day! She's a credit to that store and I really hope that Wed2B Cardiff sees this and acknowledges what she did for a mother and daughters first experience of trying on Wedding dresses. This review would have had 0 stars if it wasn't for her! Thank you Sam!!

Customer Service 5/5 stars! - I came today to the Leeds branch and spent 2 hours with Carla. Carla was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, listening to my ideas, offering advice and just generally amazing, I cannot thank her enough, she is brilliant at her job! Available Dresses 1/5 stars - I was really shocked that out of the 9 dresses I had seen online, none were in stock in my size (I am a size 14). I completely understand the off the peg concept, however it was really disappointing as I didn't get to try on any dresses that I had seen online. Although Carla really helped me try on some beautiful dresses, none were like the ones I wanted to try based on what I'd seen online. It's a real shame that I didn't find my dress here, as mentioned, the service I received was brilliant. I did find my dress in a different shop later on, the service was nowhere near as good, but they had similar dresses to the style I wanted, based on dresses seen on Wed2B's website.

Bij binnenkomst in Gent kregen we direct te horen dat het druk was, wat natuurlijk kan, maar zelfs geen welkom… Ik toonde wat ik in gedachten had voor mezelf. Vooral boho a lijn jurken waren dit. Ik kreeg direct te horen dat dit niet meer binnen was… Ik moest maar zelf eens tussen de rekken zoeken wat ik wel eventueel wou. Uiteindelijk had ik wel wat jurken gevonden om te passen. De verkoopster die mij hielp om te passen deed het uitstekend. Ze keek naar wat ik mooi vond en niet. Ze heeft mij echt enorm goed geholpen. De ontvangst vond ik beneden alle peil… dit was zaterdag 8/02 om half 10 in Gent.
