Came back to buy the dress Manager was very abrupt on our arivle had to wait anouther 1.5 hours before we was seen. You have so much to offer, brides do not want to be stressed before they start, waiting 2 hours is stress, you did appointments in covid why not now, offer a coffie whilst you wait, make the experience special.
