This was my second visit to find the dress and I would have given a 5 star however I thought my second visit wasn't as good as the first and although I bought the dress after narrowing it down on the first visit where I had ran out of time, the second visit felt a bit more rushed and also a lot of dresses were sold out. The main thing that ruined my experience was the pushy sales at the end when you are about to purchase the dress. The Sales assistant does not break down the costs for you unless you ask a couple of times. I asked whether I could remove certain parts from the 'Package' and hangers but the sales assistant said ' I don't think I can let you leave with the dress without the hangers'...Honestly we were all shocked. If my wedding wasn't so soon I would have just left based on that comment as I was about to spend over £800 with them. I had already agreed to purchase the box and dress/ underskirt covers. They also said they would have to charge me for the cardboard hangers. Mental!

De winkel voelde kwa sfeer kil en niet gezellig aan. Je kreeg niks te drinken of bubbels bij het kopen van een jurk. Erg jammer!!

Hollie did a great job at finding my perfect dress! However, no transparency/breakdown of all costs, especially the essentials package! After review of receipt later, the further let down was that i was unable to return anything for a refund, exhange only!

goeie service betreft de jurken en het helpen ermee en het uitzoeke, alleen jammer dat degene die ik mee had niet een kopje koffie of iets te drinken kregen ze hebben bijna 2.5 uur nog geen glas water gekregen

The peticoat I ordered wasn't the correct one but my appointment with the fitting service was out of date range to be returned 😕 shocking that I now can't return it

I had a really good experience in the fitting room finding my dress and enjoyed that part of my visit very much. However when I went to the till to pay for my dress its like all the friendliness went out the window. The staff turned very cold and I felt pressured to buy additional items, they were even adding things to the bill that I hadn't said I wanted and I had to ask them to take them off. I left feeling very upset and if I didn't love my dress so much I would have returned it. Was a disappointing end the day.

I love the customer service and I went it with a tight budget so tight that I couldn’t even afford the bag and box for the wedding dress, so I asked them to just give it to me in a plastic bag. If they could, but in the end I ended up with just a dress in my hand, I love the customer service service once again, I wish they could understand my financial needs and could not leave me with just dress without any cover.

Store well presented throughout Staff friendly and knowledgeable However you get what you pay for and thought fabric looked and felt cheap on all designs

The dress is lovely, however the sales assistant was rushing me and telling me that they had to rush as they had not yet had their lunch and we're getting in trouble. She was also really pushy when it came to accessories that I didn't want to purchase.

Found the staff to be friendly and helpful but the extras we paid such as having to pay £10 for a bag to hang the dresses and the extra for earlier delivery is a bit much I think after paying all that money you could at least give us a complimentary bag to take the dresses home in

Tolle Beraterin im Store in Hannover-Garbsen und sehr zuvorkommende Beraterin in Hamburg! Beratung würde ich mit fünf Sternen bewerten. Einen Abzug der Sterne ist wie folgt begründet. Mein Favoritenkleid gab es in meinem Wohnort Hannover nicht in meiner Größe, aber dafür in Hamburg. Auf die Frage, ob das Kleid von Hamburg nach Hannover geordert werden konnte, gab es leider nur die Option dort selbst anzureisen. Hier finde ich muss der Service ausgebaut werden- jedes Versandhaus oder auch Kaufhaus vor Ort ist da sehr entgegengekommend und bestellt den gewünschten Artikel von Kaufhaus A nach B. Das sollte bei einer Kette mit zwölf Filialen unbedingt funktionieren. Hätte ich noch Zeit gehabt, dann hätte ich den Umstand des dort hinfahrens nicht gewählt , sondern auf das Kleid verzichtet und somit wäre Ihnen eine potentielle Kundin verloren gegangen.

Star was a lovely girl and very friendly and had a lot of stories and suggestions. However, she was a bit full on to the point that I felt like I couldn't speak to my family members much who were there and that Star needed alot of attention. Family members gave me suggestions and then Star would remove these without asking me and also moved a dress I'd ranked high out of the room. I was also not allowed to try on all of the dresses. At the end, she suggested I tried some things on such as a tiara and then offered to price everything without asking if I liked/wanted the item and it felt very rushed at the end as though I was a problem. Although I found the dress on the last try it felt like quite a draining experience. I also didn't like rating the dresses as I went along, although I understood the purpose,I think just keeping a record of the dresses I really liked might have been better. Overall, I felt the experience was overwhelming and a bit chaotic and rushed towards the end and a bit pushy (though not sure if it was intentional) with buying bits to go with it. She didn't share prices for anything other than the dress or offer any other options. I had to ask about the underskirt and I was told I had to have Spandex because of my size?

Brighton marina branch. All good until the staff member said “we have a limit that you can only try 4 dresses on”. This was very disappointing and upsetting as the website says” No appointments, try on as many dresses as you wish”. When I tried more and chose a dress to by I said “see, it was worth letting me try more” she replied “I am hungry though “ to which I replied “but you got a sale”. Also despite the fact we had seen the price on the label she wanted to charge more for packaging. She seriously let the company down as at checkout she was unfriendly despite the fact that I bought the dress. I felt very uncomfortable at checkout.

I arrived on a Saturday morning and the shop was busy. They took my name and told me to come back within an half an half. When we came back we were invited to sit down. After a short wait, my bridesmaid were able to try on dresses, the staff were lovely and helpful. Once we had picked the dress, I waited to pay. The shop was very busy and I was waiting at the till over half an hour to pay. Overall I has great experience but was disappointed to wait so long for a member of staff attend the till and complete my transaction that would have only taken a few minutes.

Het zijn mooie jurken en de medewerkster Sonja was erg vriendelijk. Toch viel het me tegen dat ze zich niet aan het budget hield waar ze eerder zelf naar vroeg, en me jurken probeerde te verkopen die zo'n 50% duurder waren. Door me vervolgens wel enorm veel aandacht te geven voelde ik me aan het eind vooral enorm misleid.

My experience at arriving at web to 2 wasn’t off to the a great start we found the lady on reception quite abrupt, after waiting 3 hours to be seen after only wanting to try on one dress without being able to have a drink or even offered a glass of water I found really off putting.. the commutation while waiting was awful.. after we was finally seen it changed my whole experience I had the most knowledgeable and kindest lady to help me into my dress her name was Emma.. she was fantastic and understood exactly what I was looking she made the whole experience for me and my bridesmaids so much fun.. we come away smiling ear to ear… and found the dress.. but unfortunately being the first time I’ve ever tried on a dress I found the service while waiting appalling.. if it wasn’t for falling in love with the dress I wouldn’t be returning.. it seemed no one knew what they was doing with customers
