“Ordered a replacement water butt lid and plastic plug, not used the plug as yet but fitted the new water butt lid straight away replacing the old, rather tired looking one and it has made the water butt look like new, as my property maintenance guy thought I'd bought a whole new butt when he saw it, excellent buy and was delivered swiftly too. “I was very pleased with the 500 litre water butt you sent to me. It was just as had been advertised and arrived safely, having been very well packaged for its journey to the North East of Scotland. I am delighted with the aesthetics and look forward to getting it located to collect rainwater from one of the downpipes which drains the roof of my bungalow. We will be anticipating the purchase of more of these for a similar purpose in due course.”

“Very happy with water butt. It is just what I wanted. I had pre ordered it.The only issue I had was that there was no warning about delivery as the website said you were waiting for stock so delivery took me by surprise. Apart from that I am happy with service.”

“The water butt that I ordered has arrived quicker than the 10 working days that had been indicated. It arrived well-packaged on a pallet delivered by the courier Palletways who rang me the previous day to make sure I would be at home to receive it. I haven't yet opened up the package and put the butt in place as we are waiting for our builders to get to the point of installing gutters and downpipes on our new roof, so I cannot provide any further comments.”
