“Poor Custome Service. The water Butt is great. However, the delivery company left a very large, heavy pallet to which the Butt was attached for delivery. When I contact Water Butts Direct to explain it was going to cost me £40 for a Council Bulky waste collection, they refused to contact the delivery company to collect the pallet. They simply said to leave it on the street and hope someone else takes it away! Living in the City, this is not helpful. I am therefore £40 out of pocket.”

“We were looking for an oak-style water butt for our front patio and found one we liked. It was on several websites but half of them were out of stock or more expensive. The price from Water Butts Direct was the best and included delivery, and all the parts required to break into the downpipe, and the matching stand for the water butt. Delivery was quick and the installation instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We are very pleased with the service and the water butt looks the business. Thank you”

“The water butt arrived exceptionally well wrapped up and protected for the journey. Instructions are fairly sparse and of the cartoon variety. There is no pre-drilled hole for the water inlet so I had to buy a 44mm cutting attachment to use with a drill, and also a drainpipe adapter/connector so for the price I didn't find the purchase particularly user-friendly. You can't lift the top off to put a sterilising silver disc inside so I had to drill a hole in the top. On a more positive note it feels very sturdy and should cope with anything the weather throws at it. We have put some herbs in pots to grow on top, which is a handy way of keeping chives and other potential poisons out of the reach of our puppy.”

“I bought a 2m tall, 165 litre Graff water butt. The product is ideal; but massively let down by poor delivery. I received an email advising next day delivery; yet had to wait indoors for 2 long days. Having made a dozen phone calls I received 5 contradictory excuses for the delay! It was exhausting. My huge water butt was finally delivered at 7pm on Friday; in an ancient, tatty, van. Despite the fact that I'm a tiny old lady, the driver simply dumped it on the pavement and drove away.”

“Speedy delivery but mediocre quality. Three piece stand is difficult to get level if it’s on gravel. Hole for the tap had not been drilled straight which meant that the tap wouldn’t screw in tightly without cross threading. When it’s tight it’s upside down! Next time I will go to a retailer and inspect what I’m buying! Disappointed.”
