“Competitive price and a great product. The water butt matches the garage claddingperfectly, which was a bonus, and while the downpipe diverter was fiddly to fit (an hour rather than the 5 minutes claimed) all I need now is some rain. Water Butts Direct comes highly recommended.”

“This Harcostar butt is so good. Looks great and comes with all the attachments for an excellent price. Arrived very quickly and even a DIY novice like me fitted it in half hour. Brilliant service. Only trouble is it hasn’t rained since I got it!”

“Fantastic service and the butt was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, the tap was missing but a phone call quickly resolved that which came within a few days. However, no matter how hard I try to tighten the tap when fitting it still weeps. Not sure if it is me or the design!”

“On 2nd May my order for 500 Ltr butt was acknowledged, 2 others ordered at the same time were delivered OK, but I am still awaiting the 500Ltr. The products are fine. Notification of delivery with the alternative options were given on the same day as delivery which was not helpful as had I not been here I would not have known or been able to take delivery. It is now 18th May.”

“Why so many emails? My order was dispatched quickly and I've installed it fine. However, in 13 days since placing the order, I have received NINE separate marketing emails about water butts. This is not including the emails about my order and the email asking me to fill in this review. Maybe once or twice per year would be about right but not EVERY OTHER DAY! Whoever sends out emails (if it is a person) seriously needs to drink less caffeine. I'm now unsubscribing.”
