“Ordered a large water butt on the 6th June , I’ve had to chase fir an up date , still waiting for it going into 4 weeks shortly , no one is answering calls. Very poor customer service”

Please understand when you ordered, it was during the middle of lockdown when there would of been limited staff members in the office due to following strict government social distancing measures. “Took 3 weeks for item to arrive even then had to chase for it before it arrived from a different supplier, missing parts that should have been included. Have chased for these items every week for the last 3 and each time am told its been sent, but still no tap 6 weeks after placing the order.”

“There was a mistake, noticed when the butts arrived. Mistakes happen, it happened at source, not at WBD. A good company is good because of the way they handle problems, things happen. WBD, Daniel, did a sterling job, I was completely happy. I have used WBD previously 9 years ago and the pillar butts looked as good after 9 years as at the beginning. I moved house and have the identical water butts but shorter”
