“I would have given 5 stars, but... I placed an order for two water-buts on the website. No problem, order placed, ordered number appeared on screen, money sent. However, despite promises of confirming email nothing further was heard from this company until the order was delivered. In fact not even then, I heard only from the delivery company. So learn from this please, take note of the order number and don’t expect any communication. I expect I’ll use them again, I hope they get their back-office sorted!”

“It seems quite light but it has coped well with all of the rainwater we have had. It was easily installed and the positions for the tap and downpipe entry were well marked and easy to cut out once I had determined the position where I wanted to place it. All in all a good bit of kit.”

“Purchased water butt in advance of required time as web site indicated 3week wait. Unfortunately we did not receive an e mail confirmation of the order. Although the web site indicated we would receive an e mail following despatch so we might track the order, this too was not received. Our water butt was received, unexpectedly, 6 days following order and we are pleased with the actual product. Communications to customer need to be improved to ensure information on what is happening is readily available”

“Very pleased with Roto Water Barrel 350L which I bought to replace an old oak barrel. My only complaint would be about the awful brown plastic tap which sticks out like a sore thumb - why not black to match the water butt? It may seem a minor detail, but it spoils the appearance of a very nice, though expensive, water butt. Delivery good, though it was cancelled once with no explanation, and then delivered by a different carrier.”
