“Excellent delivery service. The item was well packaged when it arrived. Looks very stylish although it is wider than I thought. The planter is deeper than I expected and will need a fair quantity of compost and plants to fill it.”

“Good service and happy with the product. Just waiting for some rain to start filling it. Found the fitting of the hose to the drain pipe difficult and had to saw a little more off the drainpipe to enable it to attach, but it looks good and will be a benefit to my garden.”

“Always easier to be wise after purchase. I would have prefered the option of an alternative connection to the rainwater downpipe cutting a section from the downpipe is not so easy when either end is fixed what could have been a 10-minute job took 2 hours. All done now The Butt seems good quality along with the stand. Time will tell.”

“Lightweight, quite well made. From a distance looks like a real terracotta pot. Didn’t know you have to make a hole in it yourself. Not sure how many years it will last outside, time will tell of course. Shame the stand looks so cheap and nasty and black.”

“Bought as a replacement for an existing high-capacity water butt, this feels much more substatntial and therefore likely to be more durable. The locking lid is a good safety feature but I would like to have had a built-in access point for rainwater. The absence of a drain point I feel is a poor design feature making moving the butt problematic once in use due to the weight of residual water. Also, the usable capacity of the butt is probably somewhat less than advertised as a result.”

“Came when it said it would. It would have been very helpful if the top hole for the downspout attachment had been predrilled and plugged. Needed special tool to drill hole which I didn't have. Looks good now in place.”
