The website and ordering process was good. The products arrived promptly and in good condition. The installation instructions could be clearer. I have 75mm square down-pipes and the instructions only say the downpipe connector will fit a 75mm square pipe. They should say if you have a 75mm square pipe you need to cut out along the marks in the connector lid with a hacksaw.
