“item came within good timescale, installation instructions aren't great and the unit itself is pretty unstable. Hard to check that it is plumb, but it rocks on most surfaces (even when the surface is dead level) hopefully it will be more stable once there is water inside it. Still in process of installing.....”

“Great customer service and helpful advice trying to get a water diverter for a non standard square drainpipe. However, arrived with two sets of conflicting instructions. Doesn't fit flush with the wall so have had to do a bodged job which doesn't look great. Staff on phone helpful - people get 5 stars but product gets 2. It does divert the rain water though! A lot of money for a less than high class product.”

“Like the product and nice that it came as quickly as it did. However, I didn't get any message to tell me that it had been dispatched or when it was being delivered. This is a big deal when you are receiving such a large item and need to be around to receive it. It got delivered totally out of the blue when I wasn't home. So not sure I will buy from again if they can't communicate.”

“Don't appear to send confirmation of order. Have to rely on courier to provide delivery date. Very slow order processing. Packaging was amateur. Was the delivery on time - don't know because you didn't give a delivery date. How long did the delivery take - if you're asking the time from placing the order = too long”

“We ordered two butt's, one if which has a small leak in the bottom. We also ordered some water treatment which wasn't delivered. They have told us they will replace but it might might take weeks as there is "a supply chain problem". So only 3 stars I'm afraid.”

“The piping and drainage was the wrong shape so the person that installed it had to use the old piping, and he couldn’t use the other. It did not inform people of this in your description of the water butt,”

“The product is great. The delivery was poor. The delivery driver turned up in completely the wrong place and then called me telling me to collect the product ... which wasn't small! Good job I have a big enough vehicle to collect it ....”

“Items were delivered without fuss but the butt had a couple of the "lugs" broken off of the lid for some reason. Guess I should have fussed perhaps they will read this and replace , fingers crossed.”

“Came quickly. Only issue was the tap connection leaking. Only after it had collected quite a bit of rain could i see it dripping. Had to get some PTFE tape and wrap around the thread. Seems ok now. So if you buy one make sure you have some tape just in case, or perhaps stick some on during setup to avoid getting wet later!”

“The water butt itself is okay but the tap drips, not where it screws into the barrow, which I had to screw in very tightly ( I didn't have another rubber washer to use) but at the valve; it's not a significant problem though.”

“Review for: 275L Noblesse Decorative Water Butt - Charcoal Positives Delivery was very quick. The water butt looks solid and should last a long time. Negatives More work to put together than it should be. The supplied tool for drilling the inflow connection broke instantly. The screw holding it to the drill bit became loose and couldn’t be tightened. The supplied tap doesn’t line up (see photo) so you have to either leave it loose or spend a bunch of time making it fit (I think cutting away some of the water butt plastic might solve it) Overall, looks ok. Disappointed about how hard it is to put together”

“Love the chosen item which fits into our garden great. However the downside was I was not notified of the expected delivery date/time and only by a coincidence was I at our home when it was delivered. In future sort this out!!!”
