I initially ordered the 350L water butt. Delivery kept getting delayed because of problems with the supplier. While I can see that the suppliers let WBD down, I feel they could have done something to compensate customers who waited 6 months longer than they should have. (And maybe find another supplier? How hard is it, exactly, to make a big plastic bucket once you have the moulds set up?). I reordered the 250L water butt, which came quite quickly, although it was severely dented in transit. The dent popped out and all seems to be well, but this was careless.
