my water butt when delivered had a big dent in it. I was out at the time. The only way I could get help was to send a photo of the damage. Being in my seventies, I found this difficult to do. Even then acceptence of the damage was not fully accepted, and I had to see if there was a crack that went from back to front. I have been told that a replacement will be sent?
